Ederline Farm Cottage on a private estate.

Ederline Farm Cottage was completed in the spring of 2022 and we ran the property as a Guest House but we are now opening this property as luxury self catering cottage. So all the rooms have smart TVs and en-suite shower rooms. Luxury top of the range Simba mattresses with hand-made bed heads. All beds can be split from a super-king in each room to a twin. The cottage is set on a private Estate on the farm with far reaching views across the fields to Loch Ederline just off the coastal road.

The Bothy Suite is in the 'hidden village' of Slockavullin , delightfully rural but only 1 mile from the village of Kilmartin with Pub, museum and cafe. Temple Wood and the standing stones are in walking distance with the Crinan Canal a short drive or cycle. The guest accommodation does have a seperate entrance and the whole of the ground floor is for guest use with 2 double bedrooms and modern bathroom consisting of double width shower, sink and toilet. Breakfast is continental.

Maida's cottage is situated on the edge of the village of Ford, close to Loch Ederline. There is a private driveway to the cottage with a farm gate to keep the sheep on the hill. There is ample parking and a gated/fenced private garden. Although on the edge of the village, Maida's cottage feels remote with a rather stunning backdrop. There are many hills to walk. There is no TV or WiFi, this is a cosy getaway from hectic lives so sit back and enjoy the log fire with a good book.
