Typical stone house, completely renovated and nestled in the beautiful medieval village of Calascio, just 2,5 Km from the dramatic Rock (Rocca Calascio) and just 5 Km from Santo Stefano di Sessanio and Castel del Monte. The house consist of 2double bed rooms with view on the valley, a twin bedroom, a big livingroom, a full equipped kitchen and bathroom. The courtyard is perfect for breakfast or lunch, or just to stroll at the sun. Every comfort, including wi-fi,without losing the original feel.

Artist Studio apartment in historic palazzo

Welcome to one of four apartments at the recently restored 18 century Palazzo Galli. With vaulted ceilings throughout, and the walls adorned with original artwork, the apartment is part of an artist repopulation initiative known as "The Fontecchio International Airport", launched in 2020 by American artist Todd Thomas Brown. Cocoon of Gran Sasso

"O blissful solitudo, or alone bliss" Immersed in the tranquility of nature and a few meters from the Annorsi Fountain and its precious spring water, the "Rifugio del Gran Sasso" was a barn for sheep. After years of abandonment, converted for residential and receptive use, he found a second life thanks to a skilful renovation that, despite respecting the context, has used the latest technologies such as the floor-to-ceiling thermal system or the ventilated structure of the roof

Iu Ruschiu

Detached house, close to the center of the village of Capestrano, located in the Gran Sasso and Monti della Lega National Park. The house can be used all year round because it is equipped with every comfort and can be used by couples, families or groups thanks to its large spaces. The location is strategic for visiting both the mountains and the sea, with an equal distance in both cases. There is also a small outdoor patio that can also be used for a pleasant aperitif outdoors.

Located in a small hamlet of the municipality of Fagnano Alto, in the Sirente Velino Park, Casa Flavia is an independent accommodation, on two levels with a panoramic terrace. 2 double bedrooms, plus 2 single beds that can be pulled out from the floor below. Equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and second bathroom. Price based on the number of people. Nearby: Stiffe Caves, Lake Sinizzo, Campo Imperatore, Rocca Calascio, Campo Felice about 30/35 minutes from the ski slopes.

Rock house

It is a small gem located on the scenic Caporciano road. Partly dug into the rock, it offers views and suggestions that are hard to find. It has two gardens, one outside and one inside in which there is a barbecue. The ground floor consists of a kitchen with a fireplace, a pellet stove and a living room dug into the cave, cool in summer. On the first floor, the sleeping area consists of a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

La Casa della Bifora is part of a small hotel (La Torre del Cornone). You will find us in the historic center of the town of Fontecchio (AQ) just a 5-minute walk from the town's main square. Fontecchio is a small medieval village, located in the heart of the Sirente Velino Park. This typical complex of ancient buildings is located in the southern corner of the town walls, with spectacular views of the green and quiet Aterno river valley.
