Simona and her B and B were absolutely lovely. She was extremely responsive and answered all of our questions within moments of us messaging her. The views were also absolutely stunning and the bookshelves added so much character to the already charming home. Will absolutely stay here again next time we're in town! Grazie mille!

Our stay at Piero’s home was the highlight of our family’s three week Italy trip! Superb villa for 12 guests. 10 mns drive to a fabulous town or stay at home in comfort including an excellent pool surrounded by Impressionist views. Teresa is a gem. Pia recommended Eugenio and Pasquale of Italian Show Cooking and they produced a magnificent eight course banquet for my wife's 70th birthday party. This villa holds a very special place in our hearts and the hearts of our guests. Cman you give more than five stars?

The house is new, elegant and clean (even more beautiful than it appears in the photos). It is surrounded by greenery, a 10-15 minute drive from the center of Orvieto, very convenient to reach. We had a great time!
