Casa Flora was very convenient for all the restaurants and attractions on Ortigia. The apartment was clean and comfortable with some stylish touches. Chiara and Gabriele were very responsive to a couple of requests.

The landlord will come to open the door and introduce the house in detail. You can park anywhere in the unmarked parking area. The main street is just down the stairs from the house. It is very convenient. The house is very big. There are two rooms with bathrooms. The roof is high and it is very cool in summer. There is a large terrace with a good view.

A wonderful place to stay! Beautiful views of the boats in the little harbor. Easy, quick walk into Ortigia. Beware that the spiral staircase to upper bedroom and bath could be a bit tricky for older folks to navigate. A lovely 2 bedroom/2 bath unit with kitchen, dining and couch/TV area and washer/dryer. Alverio was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. A perfect host in a perfect place!

Tolle Unterkunft in zentraler Lage, mitten in Ortigia, dennoch sehr ruhig, am Meer und eine sehr freundliche und zuverlässige Gastgeberin - wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal bei Daniela zu Gast. Die Wohnung ist groß hat shabby Charm, nichts ist neu, aber es ist irgendwie romantisch. Die Lage ist perfekt und wir lieben die große Dachterasse. Es ist total ruhig und man hört und sieht das Meer und man ist dennoch mitten in der Altstadt.

Great location to explore Ortigia. Highly recommend to stay on the island. Very comfortable well-equiped apartment. Daily street market just outside was fun and very convenient. Stayed 3 nights and Aurore's recommendations and information were really helpful. Aurore is very responsive if needed. "Waterfront" is not wrong, but not quite as suggested. Good photo marketing is balanced out by the excellent location. Advice - if arriving by car in the evening, be clear on instructions provided for parking. Google was inaccurate suggesting access to the nearest car park was not possible. Be prepared with check-in instructions and torch if arriving at night. The instructions are accurate and clear, and in daylight it is easy.

Alles war genau wie beschrieben und bestens ausgestattet. Klimaanlage in jedem Raum und Verdunklungsrollos und Fensterläden sowie das bequeme Bett haben uns gut schlafen lassen. Die Terrasse ist super, die Möbel einwandfrei, sogar Liegen waren vorhanden. Die elektrische Markise ist toll um die Sonne am Vormittag fernzuhalten. Sie fährt bei auch mäßigem Wind automatisch ein, man kann sich also nicht unbedingt auf Schatten verlassen. Aber die Doppeltür lässt einen den Meerblick auch von drinnen genießen und so hat uns das nicht beeinträchtigt. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Geschirr ist ausreichend (und einheitlich, kein Sammelsurium wie man es manchmal vorfindet) vorhanden, ebenso Küchenutensilien. Wir haben (erste Juniwoche) immer einen Parkplatz vor der Tür an der Straße gefunden. Die Lage ist super für Ausflüge, von Avolo selbst sollte man aber nichts erwarten. Das Restaurant Portomatto, dass nur 200m entfernt ist, ist aber super, das lohnt sich!

This place is lovely! Extremely well designed and very cozy. Super responsive and flexible host. Amazing location. Extra comfortable beds with dreamy pillows. You may hear a bit of noise if you are sleeping in the front bedroom, but it didn’t bother me, it’s part of the charm of Ortigia. 10 out of 10 would stay here again!

We stayed at this house for a week with 4 people and had a really good time there. We were working most days which worked very well because of all the different areas to sit. The location is very quite and close to the rocky coast. We enjoyed the hikes along the sea. Except for this, there isn’t much to do in walking distance. We recommend a car for sure. The communication with the hosts was extraordinary. They gave us recommendations and the checkout was flexible which was convenient for us.

Great new house with everything you need, just a few minutes walk from a beautiful beach. Location was perfect to reach several Sicilian treasures (ortigia, cava grande, noto, vendicari) in no time. Vincenzo and his wife are lovely hosts, helpful, kind and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Francesca était très sympathique. La communication a été impeccable avant et pendant tout le séjour ! L'accueil en personne a été très agréable et elle nous a donné de très bons conseils (plages, restaurants) pour profiter de notre séjour. La propreté était irréprochable. Les rues gratuites autour du logement pour garer la voiture étaient vraiment un plus, et le logement reste bien situé à une dizaine de minutes d'Ortigia. Nous avons passé un court mais excellent séjour !

A wonderful peaceful home on the outskirts of Avola within walking distance of bars and restaurants in an idyllic unspoilt seaside location. Sebastiano was a wonderful host even coming round with fresh arancini!

Libeccio Guest House is a very comfortable space in a really great location for exploring Ortigia and Siracusa. It was a bit hard to find at first, but we figured it out eventually, and each subsequent coming and going got easier as we got to know Ortigia better. Giuseppe was very responsive (with translation via AirBnB app messages) and he gave us great recommendations for where to eat and what to see. The steps between floors in the apartment are very steep, but we enjoyed all three areas (bedroom, kitchen, roof deck). Being so close to the market was great, and it was a short walk to several great places to eat.

Sehr schöne geräumige Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Nur 2 min vom Meer und einem sehr schönen Strand entfernt. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit!

The apt. had everything you needed for a comfortable and perfect stay. The amenities were very thoughtful that Emanuele&Ivana provide for their guests such as slippers, cookies and a nice bottle of wine when checking in. The apt. Is beautifully decorated modern and elegant. Very comfortable bed , nice balcony and centrally located to restaurants and walkable for sightseeing and shops. Would highly recommend staying here .

Esperienza super positiva. I genitori di Federico, che mi hanno accolta, sono persone deliziose, disponibili ed amichevoli. Contenta di aver fatto la loro conoscenza. L'appartamento ha risposto completamente alle mie esigenze, si a in ordine di spazio, pulizia e locazione. Mi sono sempre mossa a piedi e la posizione mi ha permesso facile accesso al mare, al centro del paese, ai negozi e alle fermate dei bus. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Fantastic 3 weeks at Francesco`s beautiful apartment - superbly located on Isola Ortigia, an absoultely spectacular place. Lively even during winter and a number of sights (Neapolis is a must!). Went to the food market for fish and greens and made dinner at home every other day or so. Otherwise a number of very good restaurants within a 500m radius. Breakfast and lunches on the spectacular terrase, short/t-shirt at least half the days (when in the sun) even during winter. Francesco was very helpful when we needed some minor assistance with heating and dishwasher. The heating system was the best I have every come across in Italy - water heated radiators, not only the usual A/C. All in ll - spotless!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Tolle Lage, die Decken war hoch und die Zimmer geräumig. Dass, das Bad recht klein ist, hat uns nicht gestört. Am Wochenende war es teilweise recht laut. Da es ein Eckhaus ist, kommt recht viel Lärm von außen an. Ansonsten konnten wir aber sehr gut schlafen. Wir haben ein babybett & babystuhl bereitgestellt bekommen und der Kontakt mit Aurora war auch zuverlässig und schnell. Wir haben einen Sonnenschirm in der Unterkunft gelassen und hoffen, dass er auch von anderen Gästen genutzt werden kann.

Marcella ist sehr freundlich und zurückhaltend - wenn man sie braucht, ist die da, sie wohnt gleich nebenan. Die Lage der Wohnung ist wunderbar - man ist gleich in der Innenstadt und wir haben sogar in der Nähe immer einen kostenlosen Parkplatz gefunden. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und das Haus hat Charme. Die orangefarbene Wand im Wohnzimmer ist jetzt lindgrün. Den Blick vom Balkon auf den Hafen haben wir sehr genossen.

I fell in love with Syracuse, and Cinzia's place was one of the reasons I enjoyed it so much. The house is located in a perfect spot—not in the middle of the tourist crowd, but close enough to get anywhere super conveniently. Cinzia responds to messages very promptly, helped us set up parking (which is hard to do in Ortigia), and when something came up during our stay, she responded immediately and came to help us. I felt very safe in the neighborhood and the house is beautifully decorated with everything that I needed during the trip. I would definitely come back to stay!

Giovanna’s place was excellent for our 3 day stay in Ortigia! The apartment was clean and even better than the photos. It was in a great location, walkabale to many restaurants, shops and main attractions. Her co worker Nella met us on check in and she was very helpful in ensuring a smooth check in with plenty of recommendations. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting!!

My family, husband, grown up children and their partners had an unforgettable time at Lucia's apartment. Every thing was clean and the beds were so comfortable. The towels were soft and she had provided everything we needed; towels for the beach, mats to sunbathe on for the brilliant terrace, a coffee pod recycling gadget and shady umbrellas for the terrace. The very large TV had lots of streaming platforms and our musician enjoyed playing the piano and mandolin in this superbly elegant apartment. Lucia was very responsive and recommended a taxi driver to pick us up and take us back to the airport. This made life very easy for us.

staying here is like being a local Ortagian we were greeted at our parking space by Enrico who is Majas man on the ground who took us down the street to the apartment so much better than having to find a key lock box the apartment is superbly equipped and stylish in a typical Italian fashion large lounge with views two bedrooms both on a par ditto for the bathrooms on the third floor there is also an amazing terrace ideal for the alfresco breakfast sunbathing and pre dinner sundowners this was one of the best airbandbs we know and we would like to return
