House vacation rentals in Fontainebleau

Comfortable house, spacious, tastefully decorated, without any vis-à-vis, very quiet, well suited for children. Large and beautiful landscaped and wooded garden. Very pleasant heated pool. For amateurs an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and pizza oven. Séverine and Jérôme, although remotely, have always been attentive, attentive to our questions, effective and very kind. Our exchanges were very warm; A friendly experience to recommend and repeat

Charming stone house, very nice with its terrace, foosball, some games for children, the pool and right next to a large garden with goats, Lol (the very playful dog) and a trampoline. Perfect for our family and our 4 boys. The house is well-equipped and the bedding comfortable. The hosts are nice and welcoming. In the surrounding area, some very nice museums and the Etampes recreation area which is ideal for families. Recommended if you want to get out of Paris without too much traffic.

Jessica and her children's house was perfect for our stay with friends. The children had plenty to enjoy outside (trampoline, swing, balls, etc.) or inside (board games, extra-ordinary game room). Adults also around the spacious terrace, cozy living room and quality barbecue (not to mention the jacuzzi). Jessica was a very considerate and accommodating host, even by interposed messages. The 5 adults, 3 children and baby who were present during this stay ALL recommend a stay in Poligny :-)!

We had a great time, I was a little apprehensive about the fact that the accommodation was on the owners' property and frankly 10/10 the hosts were very responsive, discreet, everything was thought of as it should be, we were able to enjoy the whole garden and a small area with the minimum of overlooking was available, the pool water was very good. We'll be back. 🙂

Our group had a wonderful stay at Pascal, the location is perfect for groups with all facilities you can imagine. For activities you must look for in the surrounding area. We went kayaking and visited Chateau Fontainebleau, all relative close by. Pascal is very friendly and quick to react to any questions. Would definitely recommend the place to groups who are looking for a quiet and relaxed French experience.

The studio apartment offered by Audrey is well located, less than a 15-min walk to trails and climbing sites and close to friendly shops. It's a studio, so ideal for 2, but we stayed 4 with 2 children, enjoying the beautiful garden and the very large pool.

We had a lovely stay in Nadege's beautiful place .. absolutely loved the elegant rural French setting. Looking forward to visiting again.

The house and setting is beautiful. Excellent bedding. It was really great. The only small downside is that there were no photos of the outdoor staircase to access the house. The person accompanying me is prone to dizziness and had difficulty descending due to the void and no ramp. Same for toddlers... there is still a risk that they will fall inadvertently...

We stayed 4 nights at Julien's house and it was perfect for our needs. We could combine nature hikes with historical Chateaux all from one place and Barbizon itself is a charming location. The accommodation was spotless and had everything we needed for an excellent stay.

We had a wonderful time at Matthias and Julie’s place. It’s spotless, comfortable and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The surrounding area is beautiful, the village is peaceful and friendly with the sound of birdsong and scents of honeysuckle and roses all around. We were there to boulder and it’s an easy wander into the beautiful forest to reach the rocks. The local Carrefour carries the basics and there’s a good market on Fridays. We made daily visits to the boulangerie. Our hosts suggested La Papote for dinner - it’s a 30 minute stroll away and absolutely worth it. We hope to stay again.

A perfect stay! The house is lovely, with a very nice little garden to relax in. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and warm, we felt like family from day one. The house is fully equipped, with a lot of attention to detail. They provide two bikes, perfect for exploring the beautiful surrounding villages. A real favorite — we'll be back without hesitation!

Very nice cottage well located in a quiet village. The owner responds very quickly to requests. The property is really well equipped. I would recommend it 100%.

The apartment is located at the edge of the forest. It is quiet and very private. Nicolas responds very quickly to messages and gives good tips about the surrounding area. The apartment was spotlessly clean and we felt very comfortable. Trips to Paris are very easy. The train station is only 4 minutes away. Fontainebleau is a 30-minute walk away. We highly recommend this listing.

Marion was a very helpful host and responded to all of our requests including helping to organise a caterer to deliver a delicious 3 course meal to the accomodation. All other recommendations were also very helpful. The house is beautiful and very child friendly which helped us to relax and enjoy both indoors and outdoors. I would highly recommend this house for larger groups and families.

We had a great time, the area is very beautiful. We enjoyed the barbecue in the garden and then end the evening with balneotherapy and saunas. The apartments are very inviting, clean and nicely decorated. We'll be back the next time we visit the area. Not to mention the kindness of Host Theo. I RECOMMEND

Very nice well decorated accommodation than the one offered by Isabelle and her husband. Visiting the area for a wedding, our arrival time was approximate but Isabelle did not hold it. Thank you for the recommendations nearby.

Our stay at Jean Paul's was perfect, everything was ready upon arrival. The accommodation is very clean, quiet and pleasant with a beautiful garden, we felt very good there. We'll be happy to go back if we need to stay in the area! A big thank you and look forward to it 🤩

David and Ann-Sophie's apartment is excellent. Modernly equipped, nicely furnished and everything you need is available. The apartment is part of a large horse yard, so you are in the middle of nature. David gave us lots of helpful tips for excursions in the area. At the same time, the apartment is superbly located to also make excursions to Paris without having to endure the hustle and bustle of the city the whole vacation. The apartment has a small terrace, which we used to sit in the sun for dinner and enjoy grilled meat. We were completely satisfied and would be happy to come back.
