Véronique is very welcoming. The apartment is as described. It is in a very good location, the center of Fontainebleau is within walking distance. Parking space is a big plus. The apartment is bright and functional, the only downside is that it is a building with little insulation between the apartments. But it's nothing, Véronique! I would highly recommend it.

The kitchen area features modern cabinetry and a wooden countertop, complemented by a stainless steel sink and a built-in stovetop. A starry ceiling design enhances the ambiance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ambiance Seine. Our hosts, Laurence and Andrew were very friendly, and provided a wonderful experience. The apartment was beautifully and professionally decorated. We were especially thankful for the luxurious KING sized bed! The kitchen was nicely outfitted, and I also want to mention the huge bathtub. That too was a treat. We cooked most of our meals so appreciated the great kitchen and appliances. It has a large screen TV, but we spent most of our time watching the vessel traffic right in front of the property. On our last day, we rented one of their electric boats to explore the Seine and connecting canal. There are three other apartments in their building, but noise level and privacy were never an issue. There is no vehicle traffic as this is the last property on the lane.

Very good experience! The accommodation is clean, well-equipped and as described. The location is ideal and the setting is very beautiful. Mohand was available and responsive throughout the stay. Only small downside: a slight lack of ventilation that causes a little humidity in the room — which is quite understandable with the presence of the jacuzzi. Fortunately, the presence of air conditioning and a dehumidifier helps to improve this point.
