Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Folsom

Juan was extremely flexible when it came to checking in. Check in was set for 4pm, and I had a car full of boys playing in a tournament that weekend. I asked Juan if we could check in early and sure enough, we checked in early. The house was very nice, spacious, and comfortable. plenty of linen and pillows, and sleeping spots. The basketball hoops inside was a big bonus!

We were in town visiting family and this air bnb was a great place for my family of five to sleep. We didn’t spend a lot of time there, but it was perfect for what we needed. Would book again for our next family visit!

Lucy’s studio was very comfortable while I was in the area on Business. The space is clean, quiet, and was a great place to crash after a long day. The neighborhood has any and all amenities you would need/ Lucy was very responsive and made sure I was well taken care of. I would definitely return.

Overall a very nice place to stay. The home was nice and accommodated our family well. Inside of home was comfortable, clean and met all of our needs. Pros: plenty of beds, toiletries included, large kitchen with everything labeled so easy to use, great location and very responsive host. Even allowed for an extra night stay without hesitation. Would definitely stay again. Cons: exterior of home could use a bit of clean up. Although we did use the backyard pool and space, it is due for some maintenance and attention. Landscape was a bit overgrown, there were some cigarette ends lying around and one of our family members stepped on glass in a few areas. Space was still useable and as mentioned we would still return in future. Had some issues with garbage cans being full but the host was super responsive in helping troubleshoot. All in all we truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to future guests. Suggestions: maybe add another large pan to kitchen and some board games to use. 😉

The home was perfect for our large family and the host was also flexible with our situation which we really appreciated. Kitchen was equipped with everything needed if cooking meals, and the location was also ideal having great restaurants nearby. It's close to walking and bike trails, but it rained while we were there so unable to enjoy. The wi-fi and cable worked perfectly and the house was well-stocked, even with shampoo and conditioner. The only thing we ran out of was tp...lol, but no biggie, since stores were convenient. We really appreciated having laundry room access and the master bedroom was delightful. This was our first airbnb and it was a great experience overall, thanks to terrific hosts and a big, beautiful home.

This may have been the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed. Unbelievably clean. Comfortable beds and clean linens. Everything seemed brand new. Kitchen had everything you need. Backyard was wonderful.

Great place in a peaceful quiet neighborhood. Host was very responseive. Great amendities. I would stay here again.

One of the best Airbnb places I've stayed. Doris was very responsive to anything I needed and she and her husband were both very friendly and helpful. This property sets next to a field with horses and beautiful woodlands and green meadows. Very quiet & private, but very close to major urban areas with entertainment and restaurants. I went to this little oasis for a personal yoga and meditation retreat I put together. It was perfect. The generosity of the hosts in stocking the refrigerator and kitchen with special food & drink items was above and beyond. I felt pampered. I will return for sure.

Olga’s place was so perfect. Like a home away from home. The kitchen was perfect for getting out to go lunches ready. And it was nice having fresh coffee every morning. The area is beautiful and green, just like living out in the country. I would stay here again.

Great spot to crash for a few days! Place was as described, and the desk in the bedroom was appreciated to get some work done. Finding street parking was never an issue, especially late at night. We could hear some noise from the neighbors when the windows were open, but it wasn’t disruptive, just apartment living. We didn’t use the kitchen much, but it looked reasonably stocked enough.

Absolutely loved staying here! Hosts were very responsive and incredibly kind. The location was great, my friend and I walked to several restaurants. We truly enjoyed relaxing outside and their leather couch is incredibly comfortable. If you want to play the pinball machine make sure you bring plenty of quarters! Lovely bathroom but if you are a self conscious person might be beneficial to bring some poo-pourri. Dish rack and rags are under the sink for easy storage. If you are Door Dashing food be very clear with your delivery instructions haha Thanks again for letting us stay in your lovely home! It was perfect!

Wonderful location in downtown Placerville. In the middle of town, yet private and quiet. Easy walking to shops and restaurants. Communication with hosts was great. We’ll surely stay here again when visiting Placerville, highly recommended!!

Check in was easy and I appreciated the designated parking spot especially since street parking is taken up by local residents. The thermostat was not working when I arrived but Henry quickly resolved that issue by having an HVAC company come out the same day. I needed to extend my stay and Henry took the initiative to adjusted my stay which made it easy on my end to simply review and approve.

This was an absolutely incredible experience. This beautiful space is nuzzled inside the heart of midtown. It feels way bigger than the pictures suggest and I guarantee you’ll feel right at home. The check-in process was a breeze and Alex was super responsive.

The overall stay was good, but the linens and towels were few. The kitchen had all the utensils needed to prepare a meal. however, the washer had an issue, there were a loud clicking sound when in use. also there was a strange smell downstairs, we figured it was something in the locked closet. finally, the wreath on the front door has a bird's nest in there, so when opening the door one night the bird flew into the front bathroom, we were able to get it out very quickly. someone should take care of that, don't want the little bird to get hurt.

The host was available to answer questions, the place had comfortable beds, and was clean, making it a great accommodation! I would stay again. The only downside was the road noise if the windows are open.

This condo is a clean and well decorated one bedroom, one bathroom second floor unit. Bogdan is a very thoughtful host, there were extra blankets, sheets, and towels, which were appreciated for my weeklong stay. I also noticed condiments and single serve coffee creamers were provided along with a small basket of books/toys in the laundry closet if you have a child visiting/staying with you. The location is in a very nice area, close to both shopping and restaurants. I thought the bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic, and I also really liked that the entrance’s door lock code was tailored to me personally, making it easy for me to remember and difficult for others to figure out. I’d recommend staying here, and definitely book again.

Mony's place was very clean and beautiful. It is located in a charming housing complex, and is a few minutes walk to a shopping mart and various restaurants. The complex has a gym, which made working out during my stay very convenient. I'd be very happy to stay here again on my next visit.

I had a wonderful stay at Douglas’s penthouse. Everything was very clean, the kitchen had everything I needed, and all amenities worked perfectly. The location is amazing and ideal for walking to the many restaurants and shops in town. Parking was easy and he was very communicative throughout my stay. I would absolutely return, thank you Douglas!

Robyn is a great host, she was proactive and always very responsive. The home is very well equipped and clean. The openness via the patio doors in each room was all the fresh air we needed, there was rarely a need for the a/c. The area itself is very centrally located, with events for the public held at least a few times a week that are within walking distance. We would definitely return when visiting the area again.

Stayed here while my Mom went in for major surgery at Kaiser Morse. Perfect location for our base only 6-8 minutes away. We were able to visit 3 times a day and weren’t exhausted from commuting an hour + one way. Secure parking spots.

inside of the house is nuce and cosy. outside is a bit noisy and quite far from Auburn. a car is a must.
