Vine cottage is a spacious but cosy two bedroom self contained annex that sleeps 4 people . Based in the lovely village of Yaxley, it is quiet and rural but close to travel links and local attractions. The Village is within easy access to the A1 and is also very close to the East of England Showground, we are very close to a large shopping centre and a great choice of take aways and restaurants. Vine cottage is a stone throw from a lovely village pub, pizza and Indian restaurant and cocktail bar

We have two cockapoos, Bolly and Ted, and they enjoy meeting new people, so if you don't like dogs, I'm afraid it's not the place for you! The Addison Arms public house is a 2 minute walk away and local shops are a 5 minute drive.

We had such a lovely stay, the area was so cute and well laid out. Bed was comfy and it was very cozy in general. The views were stunning! Lots of nature and very tranquil. Really well stocked with equipment we required. All round, a fabulous find. Only issue was the hot water running out a bit quick. Otherwise, I would recommend for anyone who wants a peaceful get-away :)

Fareed was quick to respond to any queries Neighbourhood is a little dodgey, saw lots of alcoholics in the park nearby. But it’s near Lincoln Road so you will get all the eateries nearby.

Very nice stay! The host is very kind and accomodating. The house was very well kept and cleaned. They have 4 different airbnb rooms available plus their own room where they stay. There isn't access to the kitchen or outdoor area but the bedroom has a fridge, microwave and there's a sink upstairs. Excellent value for money and about a 25min walk from Progressive Property if you're doing the training there.
