The appartement is nicely renovated, confortable and spacious. The neighbourhood is unassuming. A good restaurant located via Della viola,25. Center of the town is a 5 mn walk.

Massimiliano was a pleasure to deal with. He met us and helped us with parking, carried our suitcase to the apartment and showed us around. The place has character, is in a fantastic location and felt very homely.

We had a great stay at Chiara’s place. Her restaurant recommendations were on point and there were 2 neighborhood cafes to get a quick cappuccino before heading out for the day! The ability to open windows and fall asleep in the cool night air was very pleasant! Overall, I will return if ever In Perugia again!

The hosts of Casa Lieta were very responsive and proactive. His wife checked us in, who was very kind at that time and also during subsequent communications. He helped us by giving us directions and they also left us cookies for breakfast. The only flaw of the stay was some of the linen that perhaps needed to be rechecked after washing. That said, great experience, I would go back and recommend it to everyone!

We were SO excited to book our stay in Alessandro's home, as most dates were already booked months out! Centrally located in Orvieto, it is walkable to anywhere you would want to go, and was like a fairytale to experience it as our home for the 5 days we were there. It was pristinely clean, with fresh linens and towels. There is a little outdoor terrace with a small bistro table and chairs that overlooks the inner courtyard of the apartments..perfect for a morning cappuccino or evening glass of wine. The 6 of us made dinner in a few nights, and enjoyed the lovely kitchen together. Alessandro was beyond attentive with responding to my questions about our time there, about renting a car, and even helped with making 2 restaurant reservations! We could have easily stayed for another week to soak it up more and truly feel like a local, and plan to return! This airbnb is a gem, and will only enhance your time in Orvieto. You will not regret booking this one!

THE BEST! My first view out the small terrace was possibly the most beautiful I will ever see: a large mountainside of fields, olive and grape vineyards, quaint homes and large monasteries, winding roads and long high speed passenger trains! Inside, the design and materials of this home cannot be beat: a beautiful combination of 3000 year old history stocked full of modern comforts! Open the doors and windows and feel the breeze waft through smelling of honeysuckle and jasmine. Giovanni’s Castle on the Rock is just amazing. We especially were interested in the Orvieto tuff caves dug by the Bronze Age Etruscans. Beneath our feet were two floors of these caves, beautifully finished and lit with marble and tile floors and steps. Nearby were two more remarkable systems of caves: Il Labirinto and Della La Cava. The latter is less than a block away. Both are far better than the Orvieto Underground! Treat yourselves to this delightful discovery! It’s the perfect rest stop in a medieval city!

We had a wonderful stay and were very satisfied with everything. The place is truly picturesque and offered exactly the peace and quiet we were looking for. We felt completely relaxed and would love to come back anytime! Thank you Andrea for you warm welcome ♥️

The stay at Andreas and Natchana's was very nice, quiet, relaxing and dog-friendly. The fenced garden, which is also protected from wildlife by a pasture fence, not only offers a well-maintained pool, but has everything you need for your needs. There are plenty of different seating/reclining options and a barbecue corner with its own sink. In general, the garden in the evening with its lighting, the lake in the background and the fireflies is an absolute dream ambience. The house is very cozy and furnished to a high standard. There is everything in dishes and spices, so you only have to buy food. Who books this place won't be sorry for you.

Our stay at Il Posto was something out of a dream. Truly the best Airbnb stay we’ve ever had. Rachel and Delfo are the kindest and most thoughtful hosts and are available for any questions and recommendations. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are so comfortable. We felt at home immediately and hope to visit again and again! Delfo is an incredible chef and Rachel pairs the perfect wines. We recommend the truffle hunt with their neighbor Luca, if you visit during the season. The rectory is very cozy but has a lot of space for a big group, including our almost 2 year old son. It’s really the perfect place to visit with friends and family. There’s a lot of hiking nearby and the town is super close. Rachel has excellent recommendations. Il Posto is also a working farm. The eggs, olive oil, and honey are soo fresh! We are already talking about our next trip!

This home is the perfect spot to enjoy Civita and the neighboring areas. The home is charming and has everything that you need. We loved our stay and would recommend Marco’s home to anyone wanting to visit the area.

Do not hesitate to book this well cared for Villa. It’s just as shown in the pictures. We felt very much at home here at this slice of paradise. The Mom & Dad work VERY hard to make the place sparkle and make guests feel very much at home. Would LOVE to visit again and see Nonna & Nonno. Dinner with Nonna cooking is a must. Charming town and perfect place to use as home base for day trips. Can’t think of one negative comment. Perfect place, location, hosts & vacation spot 🇮🇹🍝🍕🍷❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Fantastic location, spacious property, cozy house. Just right for relaxation. On weekends, there is music in the bar on the beach - this also goes on until after midnight. Silvia is an excellent host. We were very pleased.

We used Roberta’s place to explore the beautiful hill-top villages of Umbria & it was great to have such a comfortable apartment to come back to every day. Although you do need a car to maximise your trip, we did walk to the local winery & also caught the bus for a day trip to Perugia. The swimming pool was fantastic & we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Roberta is a friendly & communicative host, yet very much respected our privacy as well.

I can't recommend it enough! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how clean and well-maintained the place was. The interior was beautifully preserved, with every detail reflecting the character and charm and coziness of the region, while the exterior was equally delightful, surrounded by scenic views of the olive farm. The highlight of my stay, however is the animals.The three dogs were the perfect companions; they were so friendly and loving that it felt like they were my own. The resident cat added an extra layer of warmth to the experience, making the entire stay feel truly special. The surroundings of the olive farm provided a peaceful atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. I spent my days soaking in the beauty of the landscape.

Giacomo is above and beyond the perfect host, and his apartment was exquisite. It was spacious, beautifully designed, had absolutely everything a visitor could need, and It was immaculate. The location could not have been better. It was just a few minutes walk to the Centro Storico with great restaurants and a phenomenal art museum. We loved Viale Indipendenza, and both in the morning and at night we stood there and looked out over Perugia and to the mountains. The sunsets were exquisite. Thank you, Giacomo, for every way you helped us have a great first visit to Perugia.

Stefania’s place was beautiful and spotless. Our hosts were friendly and engaging. The beds were comfortable. Minor things to note: The showers are small and will leak onto the floor so use the small head. We learned to manage it and conserve the water. One of the beds is in the living room. The place was beautiful, the hosts were wonderful and the location made up for the small things that we didn’t expect. GREAT COFFEE AT THE HOUSE!!!!! We loved that! Thanks for taking such good care of us!

Excellent accommodation! I stayed 4 days and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It's just like the photos, it was spotless and in a quiet area but close to downtown. I was worried about the noise to rest because of the comments, but it didn't seem noisy at all. I would definitely come back!

The apartment is wonderful and equipped with everything. It is in a quiet area that allows you to reach both Perugia and Assisi by car in a few minutes. Really perfect!

Gianluca and Alessandra are wonderful hosts. Their place is so cute and spacious. We liked having the washer/dryer. They are extremely responsive and helpful. They have a variety of options for dining which were delicious. This airb/b is an outstanding choice in Orvieto.
