If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!

Situated in the heart of Speyside (on the NE250 route) and on the edge of the Cairngorm National Park, Waterside Cottage is the perfect base for exploring many attractions the Highlands offers. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing getaway, a base to tour the Speyside Whisky Trail or simply get outdoors, Waterside Cottage is the place where you can do these and more. This period cottage has plenty of character with exposed stone features and beams, and wood burners for cosy evenings in.

The Cabin

The Cabin is a self catering one room chalet that contains 2 single beds, table, chairs, armchairs and a kitchen. An enclosed bathroom with shower, toilet and sink is included. Water is provided by the Cromdale hills via filtration system. The Cabin is fully insulated and heated for a cosy environment. Entertainment consists of TV, video & bluetooth boom bar speaker. Placement of The Cabin is close to the back of the house which provides privacy for guests. WiFi is available.

Situated in the Cairngorms National Park, we are located at the foot of the Cromdale hills. The Bothy has a wood burner to create a special romantic atmosphere or perhaps a solo restful retreat. The single day bed pulls out to create a double bed. There is a table to have meals at or work away from home. Lots of local delicious food & coffee spots to explore nearby.

Tomintoul & Glenlivet area is one of the best places in the Cairngorms National Park to discover the wonders of the night sky and is the most northerly Dark Sky Park in the world.
