In 2018, we bought our dream home. During the complete renovation, we decided to furnish the extension as a guest house. We are proud of the result and would like to share it with you! The apartment is luxuriously and cozily furnished with as many original materials as possible from the old house. The garden will delight you with its own private terrace and sunbathing lawn. Newly built in 2021 holiday home in the beautiful village of Zoutelande! The beach, the dunes and the cozy village street are all within a 5-minute walking distance. Come and enjoy the sea, sand and sun and the beautiful surroundings. The small but nice apartment (25m2) has a separate bedroom with double bed (1.60 wide). A living area with fully equipped kitchen with combination microwave, refrigerator, kettle and dishwasher. Small bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating.

Tractor cabin

This basic but nostalgic 2 -person cabin with a view over the polder is a wonderful place to relax. From here you can cycle or walk to, for example, Veere, Domburg or Middelburg. Your private shower, toilet and spacious private kitchen/diner are 30 meters away from the hut. There are several holiday homes on the property. All guests have their own private place. Veerse lake and North Sea 4 km. Bed linnen is included. Pets are not allowed. The home owners live on the same property.

Modernly furnished studio with a comfortable king size box spring and a sunny private terrace. Beach, forest, park, shops (Lidl, bakery, etc.) and Boulevard within walking distance. We only rent out 1 room. So there are no other guests. Large SmartTV with Netflix, fast WiFi. Shutter and screens. Kitchen: dishwasher, 4 burner hob (2021), extractor hood, combi oven (2021), kettle, 2 x coffee maker, toaster, crockery. The brand new bathroom has a toilet and rain shower.

Amenities such as a supermarket, bakery, restaurants are within walking distance. You can also make the most beautiful (beach) walks and bike rides from your studio. The studio has a double bed, toilet, shower/sink, television, kitchenette with coffee/tea facility and hob, private access and terrace.

Welcome to Studio Over Water. This beautiful room is in a quiet place 900 meters from the center of Middelburg, just outside the canals. The room is on the ground floor. Also easily accessible for people with walking difficulties. You have access to a room with a sitting area, luxury double bed, kitchenette and a private bathroom with toilet. You overlook the garden, which you can also use. Parking is free. Bicycles or scooters can be stored indoors.

This has recently been completely renovated and matches all modern requirements. The beach is 2 kilometers away and is 7 minutes by bike. You can use a covered and lockable bicycle shed, where bicycles can also be charged. We also have 2 bicycles available.
