Fully renovated luxury guest suite with breakfast

In 2018, we bought our dream home. During the complete renovation, we decided to furnish the extension as a guest house. We are proud of the result and would like to share it with you! The apartment is luxuriously and cozily furnished with as many original materials as possible from the old house. The garden will delight you with its own private terrace and sunbathing lawn. Cozy and nice vacation home in the beautiful village of Zoutelande! The beach, the dunes and the cozy village street are all within a 5-minute walking distance. Come and enjoy the sea, sand and sun and the beautiful surroundings. The small but nice apartment (25m2) has a separate bedroom with a double bed (1.60 wide). A living area with a fully equipped kitchen with combination microwave, refrigerator, kettle and dishwasher. Small bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating.

Tractor cabin

This basic but nostalgic 2 -person cabin with a view over the polder is a wonderful place to relax. From here you can cycle or walk to, for example, Veere, Domburg or Middelburg. Your private shower, toilet and spacious private kitchen/diner are 30 meters away from the hut. There are several holiday homes on the property. All guests have their own private place. Veerse lake and North Sea 4 km. Bed linnen is included. Pets are not allowed. The home owners live on the same property.

Elke's studio at the bottom of the dike

In a prime location just a stone's throw from the beach, you will find our small cozy double studio at the bottom of the dike. At the front, there is ample parking. Amenities such as a supermarket, bakery, restaurants are within walking distance. You can also make the most beautiful (beach) walks and bike rides from your studio. The studio has a double bed, toilet, shower/sink, television, kitchenette with coffee/tea facility and hob, private access and terrace.

B&B, beautifully rural location, behind old driveway

Come and visit our B&B and let yourself be enchanted by the beautiful surroundings. The B&B is located on the former estate where the castle Huize Potter stood around 1500. In 1840, it was converted into a beautiful white farmhouse. The arrival is fairytale-like, as you drive down the long driveway. The accommodation is located at the back of the farm. You have your own entrance. The garden around the cottage is part of it, and here you can enjoy the sun.

Ons Tiny House/Studio is speciaal ontworpen om tot rust te komen. Het mat gelakte hout en de sobere omgeving stralen kalmte uit. De ruimte is modern industrieel ingericht zonder al te veel afleidende elementen. Vanuit de ramen zie je de duinen en kan je ’s avonds de zon zien onder gaan. Door het raam aan de andere kant van de ruimte schijnt de ochtendzon je tegemoet. Je slaapt in dit Tiny House/studio op nog geen 500 meter van duinen, strand en zee.

The Zevenklapper is a 5-minute walk from the beach and boulevard and a 5-minute bike ride from the city center. Here you will find an Ibiza style guest suite for 2 people. Completed in June 2022. After waking up in the morning in the box spring, you can bake your croissants in your own kitchen. Drink a cup of coffee on your own terrace in the morning sun.
