This beautiful centrally located accommodation is brand new. The studio with 2 floors is located in the large converted barn adjacent to our own home. It has a spacious private garden with BBQ and garden set where you can enjoy the sun. Downstairs is a cozy, tastefully decorated living room with kitchen. Both have all the comforts. Upstairs is a large bedroom and spacious modern bathroom with rain shower. The studio is suitable for 2 people and possibly a small child.

De accommodatie bevindt zicht op 5 minuten loopafstand van het centrum van Middelburg met vele winkels, terrassen en een supermarkt. Op nog geen 20 minuten fietsen bent u op het dichtstbijzijnde strand in Dishoek. Studio Naerebout is geschikt voor 2 personen. Ga er gewoon even tussenuit in deze rustgevende, centraal gelegen accommodatie.

Terrace with garden set and large lawn. A driveway with 2 parking spaces. (For a 3rd car, additional charges will be made) Lots of hiking and biking possibilities. Unobstructed views over farmlands. Would you like to go to Zoutelande with the two of you? Then this is an ideal place to stay. The studio was completed in 2021 and fully equipped. You are in a quiet part of Zoutelande, but still close to the center. The terraces of this pleasant Zeeland coastal town are a few minutes' walk away. The promenade and the beach are also a stone's throw away. When the sun is shining, you can sit back and relax in the chairs on the seating terrace. Enjoy!
