Small studio facing the Mont Blanc massif,

The studio is a small building, one room 12 metres square, and a separate shower, 120cm square, and WC with basin. The price is low because its small, but there is everything you need. Its comfortable, warm and well insulated. There is a large balcony with table and chairs. There is limited wifi access on the balcony, but no signal inside. It is only available Sat to Sat during the school holidays. For stays of 5 nights or more linen and towels are provided, otherwise it can be hired.

Small cozy studio in the village

Quiet residence, very small studio 20 m², SE exposure close to all shops, 600 m from the ski lifts, ski bus shuttle 30 m away. Accommodating 2 people, this Savoyard-style studio is fully equipped. American kitchen, washing machine, flat screen, sofa bed 140/190, dressing room, bathroom, toilet and 5 m² balcony with view of Aiguille du Midi in clear weather. Lake, recreation center, children's park 100 m away. If you want to bring your bed linen and towels I'll give you a small discount.

I'm next door and I use the studio as an off-season office. I provide everything as in a hotel, towels, linens. The location is perfect. You can get everywhere on foot: trails in all directions, 5 minutes from the center and 15 minutes from the supermarket. The south-facing garden is perfect for relaxing evenings after exercise. By car, easy access by the very clear national road to Megève (10 minutes), Sallanches (20 minutes) or Chamonix (35 minutes) and private parking.

Bernadette and Alain offer a 35 m² fully renovated apartment, 2 rooms, kitchen on the ground floor of our cottage with private parking. - In the bedroom: 1 bed 160 x 200 or 2 beds 80 x 200. This 50 m2 accommodation located on the raised ground floor, consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a small bedroom with a bunk bed. In the kitchen you will find a microwave, electric coffee maker, ceramic hobs. The bathroom has a shower, and the living room has a sofa. On the balcony overlooking the slopes of Praz-sur-Arly, you have a small table and two stools. The accommodation is close to all shops and the center. NO WIFI.
