Our fully furnished studio guesthouse is attached to the main house and located on our 1.25 acre property. You are in the country, may hear the roosters, but 5 min. from the city. We are conveniently located 3 min. off of HWY 99. We are also 15 min. from downtown. It has all the amenities of home, yet the privacy of your own space and entrance.
