This place is in excellent condition and the view is amazing. Highly recommend this place for a family with teens or adults. Master bedroom with a spacious kitchen and living room on top floor and two nice size bedrooms on the lower level.

The waves was close to ferry, car rental, town. Hosts were great really enjoyed the pool at night after a busy day of horseback riding and beaches. Really great beaches were less than 10 minutes away. Only down side for me was the property was right on the ocean but the ocean in front of the property was too rough to swim in so we had to travel a bit away for really nice beaches.

Great hosts, very responsive, friendly and accommodating. The location is central and close to great restaurants, food trucks, bars, and the beach. It’s tucked away and private so it’s very quiet and peaceful. At night you can see all of the stars. We enjoyed the amenities like the pool and the grill, they also had beach chairs we could use. Very nice stay especially for the price. Definitely recommend.

The location was in the mountains its a distance to get to esperanza shopping grocery and beaches The house was fabulous pool was fantastic we had a great evening at the house AC only in the bedrooms The surroundings full of vegetation mango trees quenepas and more the outdoors was surreal and the cat was a added perk Over all we felt at home kitchen was overwhelming had almost all you need Joey was available over the phone had COVID thats what he said Check out was sharp 11:00am rush time no extension We loved it thank you for sharing your house with my family

Being beachfront was amazing with a quick drive into town and everywhere else to explore the island. The pool and grill set up were fantastic! We squeezed every minute out of our stay!

My husband and I stayed here for our first trip to Vieques! Beautiful surrounding, the view from the pool is breathtaking! Joey was very responsive and so friendly and gave us many recommendations for things to do around the area which were pretty close by. They had everything you needed for a peaceful stay. Everything thing went smooth. The house has a great view of a beautiful blue ocean , was stocked with all the essentials you need, extremely convenient location, comfortable setting, and very responsive communication. Thanks you Helen and Reyna!!!!

Sunny and Jeff were amazing host. Their place is very conveniently located close to everything. The pool in the back of the place is great and all the necessities for the beach that have covered. Coolers, chairs, football, sunblock which was very clutch when traveling to some of these beaches. All and all it was an amazing experience and we would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks again!

This place is perfect for a small group! The rooms are big and the beds are the most comfortable ones ever! The place was a bit hard to find based on the AirBnB instructions, but Ed was very responsive and redirected us. The place is really close to downtown, and it’s quiet with beautiful views of the beach. Stay here if you are visiting Vieques!

We just got back from an amazing trip to Vieques where our group of ten stayed at El Cerro. We all had such a wonderful time and could not have asked for a nicer place to stay. Driving through Esperanza you can see the Rock House at the top of the hill overlooking the town, it literally looks like a castle rising above. As you are riding up the driveway, you truly feel like you have entered your own private tropical paradise, complete w starfruit and mango trees, and wild horses grazing just on the other side of the fence line. When we arrived, Kaitlyn met us w a basket of fruit and all sorts of helpful tips, restaurant recommendations, and interesting island facts and information. We rented the Rock House and the Pool House for 6 adults and 4 kids (aged 4-10) and it was the perfect amt of space. We would spend all day exploring the beaches and the island, and finish off every afternoon/evening at the pool. Both the houses had everything that we could have wanted cooking equipment wise and had a well working washer and dryer, which made things much easier. They were also well stocked w pool noodles, beach towels and beach chairs and even a beach cooler. Even though we were there in June and the Rock House has no a/c we did not find we needed it...it would get warm during the middle of the day, but at night w the windows and doors open there was a nice breeze and it was not bad at all. We found one of our favorite things to do was just to sit on the front porch upstairs w a cup of Puerto Rican coffee and watch the morning light and the town wake up. It was such a relaxing way to start the day! We also had the fortune of meeting Christian several times during our week long stay, when he would stop by to clean the pool or drop something off and he was so friendly and helpful...full of recommendations and information and even loaned my husband a pair of sunglasses to borrow when my husband temporarily lost his and we were supposed to go sailing for the day! All in all one of the nicest Airbnb's we have ever had the fortune of finding and hope to get the chance to visit again. If you are considering staying here, just do it, you will not be disappointed!

We had a wonderful stay at El Cerro celebrating the New Year! The estate was stunning and perfect for our 2 families. Steve and Sommer were super responsive and helpful - great hosts. We loved exploring the island and especially loved Sun Bay. We all hope to return.

Amazing place! We came with a group of adults, and each room was very private and had individual lock codes on each door. Gaddiel was very responsive and helpful. The home is beautiful and would recommend to groups of all sizes!

Beautiful and clean modern house in the hills with a great view of Esperanza and Sun Bay. Location is private and receives a refreshing breeze most of the day. Bugs were no issue, but I'm sure they can appear occasionally because of the openness of the house - which is one of it's pluses. No a/c, but never felt uncomfortable. Plenty of breeze or fans kept us cool an entire week in mid-July. Grounds are fun to explore with plenty of flowers for the house and fruit. Got lucky and found a ripe bunch of bananas. Plenty of delicious mango too. Unfortunately the avocado wasn't quite ripe. Pool was small, but plenty big for cooling off or lounging. Amenities were plentiful including washer/dryer, paper products, cooking equipment and appliances, beach chairs, plenty of beach towels. I'm sure I'm forgetting something, but really didn't have to purchase anything to have around the house at all. Outdoor showers were awesome and house's floorplan and location makes them very private. I wouldn't want to drive a golf cart up the rutted, hilly roads to the house, but had no problem in a Kia Soul getting there.

With stunning ocean views five minutes drive from town, this home provided a comfortable place to relax and hang out with a large family. Our host’s overview of Vieques and recommendations were excellent. Our teen aged and college aged children are already making plans to return.

This place was great! Pool was a big hit for the family and super relaxing overall. Kitchen was well appointed, beds very comfy. Definitely needed a car but great stay all around! Would recommend wholeheartedly.

Our family of four (two adults; a teenage boy and a teenage girl) had the best time here. Everyone had plenty of space to themselves, as well as great common areas to enjoy together. The house was sparkling clean and well-stocked with everything we needed and more! The location is great, too. We loved walking the beach right out front to find sea glass and watch sunsets. Just a few minutes drive to plenty of restaurants and stores. We’d definitely come back!

Our family of 8 stayed here to attend a wedding in and loved it. Charming and quaint - the view and property were wonderful and gave us space to either be together or have our own space. Stephanie and Joey were both very responsive and helpful every step of the way.

I was beyond amazed by how beautiful and peaceful this home was. I was lucky to have Tracy stay within the property and she was beyond amazing! She was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying here again and if you’re hesitant to book, don’t be! You won’t regret it.
