Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Florida

We loved our stay on Vieques! The house was in the perfect location for sunsets and snorkeling just off of the private beach below. Lots of room for our family of 6. We appreciated having the 3 bathrooms and LOVED the outdoor shower. How tranquil to shower and stare at the ocean at the same time!We cooked most of our meals at home. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. We were fortunate enough to have Josh just up the street to answer our questions and provide us with advice and history lessons about the island, food and tourist activities. We ended up changing our plans based on his recommendations and our trip worked out so much better! We would certainly stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks Josh!

We arrived in the Esperanza area of Vieques for a destination wedding. We picked Matt's place because it was central and within walking distance of most all other wedding guests. Matt's place did not disappoint. Of all other AirBnB's we say...I have to say ours was the best :) The home is around most all restaurants in the area and we rented an ATV during our stay that made getting from point a to point b to point c super easy! Matt is a super communicator and the home is exactly as described and even better. It was an amazing place to stay for an amazing event. THANK YOU Matt for all you did to make us feel at home.

It's like being at home, super comfortable and large, it's quite equipped. Excellent response from the owner, super flexible. I went with a family of 4, two adults and two girls, and we all left happy and pleased. I'm definitely staying again. 100% recommended

It was an amazing stay, my family and I enjoyed it. Nelson was a very great host, would definitely recommend him to my family and friends. I would also be going back for another stay. My mission for my husband to reunite him with his dad was a successful mission all thanks to Nelson.

Such a beautiful place with great outside views and nice touches to the house inside and out. Beds were comfortable. The steep incline to get into the house was a little difficult to get into. Would definitely book again!

Our stay here was truly magical. The place was spotless, and Lily thought of everything in terms of amenities. We were sad to leave and are already planning a trip back.

Graciela’s place was beautiful and one of our favorite airbnbs we have ever stayed in! The perfect house for our stay on the island. We loved everything about it, I highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful place to stay.

Great place in Esperanza. Nice locations, walking distance to great coffee and breakfast place and also best bars and restaurants that are open late till 1am. Walking distance to bioluminescent kayak tour. Property has the best mango trees to get fresh mangoes

We absolutely loved our stay at Aqqua. Beautiful decor, very clean & a comfy bed is ALWAYS A Plus! Jorge is a great host & was very quick to respond and answered questions in a timely fashion. My only recommendation I have is that the apartment needs a full body mirror, you know, for outfit checks 😉😊.

Heather’s place is perfection. We explored the whole island and agreed—there’s nowhere else we would have rather stayed. Comfortable bed, dreamy hammock, perfect location. We used the beach gear and outdoor shower every day and walked to Black Flamingo coffee with the neighbor dogs each morning. I’d live here if I could! Alfonso was also incredibly kind and helpful with food and beach recs. Light sleeper note: Pack an eye mask and earplugs for the early-morning rooster roll call—it’s a thing across the island and not specific to this place.

It’s nice for a short stay. We stayed two nights but we mainly just used it to sleep. During the day we were at the beach. The golf cart was convenient to get around but you do have to pay extra to use, it doesn’t come included with the Airbnb. The hosts were very responsive and gave us recommendations. They provided beach chairs, towels, and snorkeling gear to use! The last day we had to take the ferry back to ceiba at 5:30AM and when we asked the host for reliable taxis to take us, Jules ones of the co-host offered to drive us there, which we thought was very nice of her! The only thing was I didn’t like the bathroom towels, they didn’t dry too good. Could be my own preference though but everything else was good!

Simply put, this was a 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 experience staying with Paul & Gwen in Vieques! They were so helpful with recommendations, even guiding us to a secret spot in old San Juan, where we could leave our luggage while exploring the city on our last day. They ever-so-kindly offered to drive us to the ferry for our 0600 departure. On our last night on the island, we attempted to go to the Crab Island Distillery for dinner and music. Gwen gave us some great advice, which was to not expect them to be open, despite what their website said! We returned home with empty tummies, but Gwen provided us with a free, at-home rum tasting! She is a superb host. Gwen also has her own line of gorgeous, ocean inspired jewelry. She incorporates sand from the local beaches into her various rings, earrings, and necklaces, which adds a special touch. Be sure to ask her to see her crafts! We got a kick out of witnessing local horses break-in to the yard to steal mangoes, which were everywhere AND delicious!

Totally awesome for 6 people. Would recommend 10/10. Comfy place.

We enjoyed our stay at Fede’s place. We really liked the location, being a little away from town, made for a nice night sky and fairly quiet. The view from the deck was thoroughly enjoyed, despite having a rather rainy stay. The house felt larger than the photos, there was just 2 of us, so we felt very cozy. Make sure you pack mosquito spray, it’s a tropical place. And ear plugs and an eye mask if you are a light sleeper.. the birds and roosters wake up early and there is a fair amount of ambient light from a street light out front as well as from the AC units.

Words can not describe what a wonderful getaway we had at Sal del Mar. Our hosts were more than helpful and anticipated our every need! The unit was spotless, comfortable and equipped with all one could possibly need and more. The views from the back deck are spectacular and close enough to Sea Glass Beach to lull you to sleep with the sound of the waves! Like Paradise! Thank you Marie and Mike!

Jenny’s place was absolutely beautiful. The terrace was a great place to sit and enjoy the view. We had everything we needed and more. The host was very responsive of our needs and the location was perfect for our adventures. We will definitely recommend their place.

A quiet place where I could enjoy with my family. The apartment is very comfortable with everything you need and more. The security of the place and its staff is excellent and very friendly. I never had any communication problems with the hosts and we loved the place. You can have a great time on the upstairs terrace as long as you are very discreet, since the place is very quiet. Anyway, highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at Victor’s place! He was incredibly responsive and helpful from the very beginning, which made everything so easy and stress-free. Our family of five felt completely comfortable- there was plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The rooftop was a highlight with such a beautiful view and so peaceful and quiet, it was the perfect spot to unwind. The home was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a great stay. This 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment with rooftop terrace with ocean views was the perfect fit for our family vacation. It is just a few minute drive to the ferry terminal making a day outing to Culebra Island possible. A day trip to San Juan is also easily done. The apartment is modern, well appointed, and fully air conditioned. Communication with Yanira was excellent! Fully recommended!

The condo was beautiful, peaceful and very comfortable. The penthouse rooftop was unbelievable. The views from the rooftop were spectacular. We spent time on the rooftop every night after a long day of excursions. The only negative and it's not too bad, was the shower in the hallway bathroom, the shower drain would clot up. Also, in the second bedroom there's an exposed electrical outlet which looked not safe. The condo still is a 5 rating though!

Beautiful place with an amazing view. We really enjoyed our short stay here. Definitely would recommend especially if needing to be close to the ferry!

Amy was very responsive, respectful and accommodating. The place is very quiet, cozy, perfect for a retreat away from everything and recharge energies. The location is great, closed to everything we wanted to see and do. The visit was perfect. We will reserve it again in the future!

The airbnb was the perfect space for our Family. We traveled with 6 total and had plenty of space. It matched the photos perfectly and was very clean inside. Host was always very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. I would definitely stay again!
