Vacation rentals with a patio in Florianopolis Metropolitan Area

Chris is a wonderful person, the space was built with great care, every millimeter was thought out to provide the best possible experience. The studios are close to each other, the space is very compact, but everything was very well designed with everyone's privacy and better use of the space in mind. The view is simply stunning and the fire gave a more than special touch to my romantic night. I'm very tall and my partner is too, and we were very well accommodated even in such a limited space. I recommend and intend to come back more often!!

I stayed at this Airbnb, it had a hot jacuzzi, and it was awesome! The place is very tidy, super clean, and you can barbecue at will. I just wish I could have stayed longer, seriously, for those who want to disconnect without being in the middle of nowhere, this little place is worth every penny. I recommend it easily!

Excellent apartment. Very cozy and easy to find. I recommend renting a car to make it easier to get to the other beaches and downtown. Very safe and the condominium provides a chair and umbrella. The apartment has 3 suites plus another bedroom. Very well-equipped kitchen and the hostess left us breakfast products. I highly recommend it

Daniel's space is really beautiful, it has a breathtaking view and sunset. Not to mention that Daniel was extremely kind and helpful, I had a little problem on my arrival due to rain and he was always helping me and talking to me, he pointed out places that iFood delivered to the door of the suite, then he gave me recommendations for tours and places to eat! They made the check-in and check-out times flexible due to my flight, anyway!!! Only good things to say about the space and the host, I will definitely come back more often and recommend it to my friends! Thanks Daniel, see you next time!

The house is amazing! The view is perfect! The Jacuzzi was key! The house is excellent in every detail. We went on a cold weekend and there were blankets for everyone! A delight! The only thing that didn't match the quality of everything else was the beds and mattresses. We'll be back for sure

This is a beautiful unique place. Eating breakfast on the deck in the morning light greeted by sagui (sp?) and butterflies was a treat. Close to beautiful places like Lagoinha do Leste.

This place looks exactly like the photos. You have a beautiful view of the mountains and pasture with 2 horses. Then you have a nice pool and a short walk to a magnificent beach, Campeche. I would highly recommend staying here. Also, Renata is a fantastic host. She was super helpful, friendly and responsive to everything. Her and her husband went above and beyond to make everything nice for us during our stay. They even put in a new washing machine the same day as the original one broke during our stay. They are the best!

Wonderful place! Super cozy space, with a great location and easy access to various places on the island. Everything is very well organized, clean and with everything you need for a great stay. We often use Uber to go to restaurants in Campeche and Santa Monica and it's always fast, stress-free, due to the location.
