Vacation rentals with an accessible height bed in Florianopolis Metropolitan Area

Scheila is a very responsive and excellent hostess! The apartment is a simple, ground floor unit but was fine for our short stay. It's about a 15-20 minute walk to restaurants and bars in Lagoa and only 5 mins from a supermarket. We made somewhat of a last minute reservation and Scheila was excellent making everything very easy!

Luiz is a wonderful person, an incredible host… from the reservation he was attentive to everything and during our stay he was there for everything we might need… an incredible and very attentive person…. In addition, the place is as cozy as the affection that Luiz gives to his guests… everything was amazing!!!! Thank you

We love the location of the apartment next to the beach. We could walk any time of the day, and it also has bakeries and markets close to the place. The apartment is very comfortable, with air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, relieving the local heat, and 2 bathrooms, which served us very well. Small and comfortable room, with satisfactory cable TV and Wi-Fi. Kitchen with good structure, meeting all the needs we need. Great barbecue, preventing excess smoke in the apartment. Attentive and solicitous host when we need it. We hope to come back at a next opportunity!

The house is very beautiful, well ventilated and very close to the beach. The second floor rooms have a sea view. The house is simple but well equipped and functional, with a great balcony to enjoy the end of the afternoon and a very beautiful decor. The showers don't have much flow and could be better. The location is very quiet and great for resting, but far from markets and restaurants.

Dona Ana is a love of person was a great host, too bad we caught a lot of rains in our stay.

Our stay was wonderful! The house is impeccable, super well-equipped and with all the affection of Priscila. Everything is very well taken care of: the air conditioning of all the rooms, the impeccable cleaning, fresh and smelling bedding, elegant crockery and utensils of excellent quality. The location is excellent, close to the beach and away from traffic, with easy access to markets. Hosts were very kind. We hit the car on the gate when leaving the parking lot on the first night. They helped us maneuver and minimize the damage to the car and then we agreed on the reimbursement for the gate, all without stress. Sometimes, worse than the material damage, is the reaction of those who do not tolerate accidents and unforeseen events. So, we were very grateful for the help in the situation and for the tranquility they gave us. The property is very beautiful and the birds in the morning are a show in themselves! Oh, we even saw a baby cutia, the cutest thing in the world! I recommend the stay and will return when I can! ☺️

The apartment was impeccable, we received it in excellent hygienic conditions. Everything is as it appears in the photos. It's super-equipped for 8 people. We loved the security of the building and the apartment itself. We were with a one-year-old baby and we felt right at home. As for the rooms, the beds are super comfortable, the bathrooms have powerful showers… I would choose this option again to come on a family vacation. The host was super attentive and responsible. We had a small mishap with an air conditioner that didn't work well, and when we asked him about it, he immediately solved it by sending a technician to check it out. From 1 to 10, I'd give it 10 points. We'll be back!!!

The condominium offers many options, the house is spacious and accommodated everyone well. The showers have poor contact, when you turn one on the other turns on automatically. In the kitchen, we felt the lack of a bread knife and also a meal knife. There were 8 of us and there were 7. There was a room where the lamp was burned out, but it was quickly resolved with the help of the doormen, who were very helpful and kind. I recommend it for large groups (8 people and also for families with children). The beach is very beautiful too. We recommend it.

I got everything I needed during my stay in the house, and most importantly, Adriana and Elizabeth were friendly, the apartment is clean and the security in the residential complex is high, I spent very wonderful days in Adriana's apartment, and I think that I will repeat the visit many times when I come to Floripa, there is a lot to say and express regarding Adriana's treatment during our stay in the apartment, but it is not possible to talk about it in written lines, I advise anyone who wants to live in Adriana's apartment not to think too much, just rent and live! In short, friendly people, a wonderful and clean apartment, high security, parking, sustainable cleaning on a monthly or even weekly basis in the residential complex , I stayed from March 3 until October 20 , meaning about almost 8 months, Nice 😊

Super friendly, he welcomed us with cold beer and chocolates. The apartment was perfect, it had everything you need and more. The directions were correct and I didn't need to contact him again for anything. Check-out was very simple too. I forgot some belongings, which Luiz himself took care of getting to a friend who was still at the beach. Excellent cordiality and service. Highly recommended

Very cozy place, the apartment was extremely clean and smelling, in the apartment it had all the utensils necessary for stay the host welcomed us very well, gave us indications of restaurants and things to do on site.
