Loft vacation rentals in Florianopolis Metropolitan Area

Leia and Marcos were absolutely wonderful hosts! They were very welcoming, gave me a great introductory tour of the loft with lots of good recommendations, and they could not have been kinder. The loft itself was well appointed and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the whole apartment was very clean. Lagoa is also an excellent neighborhood to stay, very safe and walkable with many good restaurants nearby. Thanks again!

I spent a weekend with my son and it was wonderful! The place is simple, but it has everything you need! It was all super clean and fragrant. And Thiago solved everything we needed with agility and extreme education! It is very close to the beach of Pinheira and also gives Guarda do Embaú! Without a doubt, I will be more often! Hopefully soon!

It was an amazing stay! The house is great... everything was impeccable, clean and organized! The view is spectacular... we had beautiful days... with sunrise in front of the house! The Centrinho is next to the house... with everything you might need... Plínio and his wife are lovely people! Very kind, they gave great tips about the region! Amamos! and we'll definitely be back as soon as we can... 🤩

Micheal is a great host! The place is clean , cute and comfortable! Walkable to the beach, restaurants, shops, Bakery and pharmacy.

My two-week stay was excellent. The place was spotless, very clean and well-equipped with everything you need to feel comfortable. The location is ideal, in a quiet area but with easy access to everything. João Claudio was a great host, very attentive and willing to help at all times. Communication was clear and fast. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it 100%.

Our stay at Regina's place was impeccable. We had flexibility in check-in and check-out, which helped us a lot on the Easter holiday and the trips we needed to make. You can see the effort in the finishing details and hospitality of the host. The accommodation also has an important concern with waste separation, which we think is great! If you are looking for a quiet place, close to the gastronomic center of Jurerê and at the same time want to feel at home, we recommend that you book a few days at this accommodation.

Felipe was very helpful throughout the trip, he gave us very good recommendations for places to go shopping. The apartment was beautiful, with an excellent view and fully equipped for whatever is needed. They had very good communication before arrival to provide useful information about the location and the process of entering the apartment, as well as recommendations for beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. An excellent place that I would definitely stay at again

Very good stay. The loft has excellent space and the integrated kitchen makes things easier. A large car may have difficulty fitting in the garage. But you can park on the street. The value made the cost benefit excellent.

I felt very good at Isadora's house! It is in a very special place on the island and is extremely well cared for and well decorated. It has everything you need to be super well installed (and inspired!). Besides the house, the communication with Isadora went really well - and meeting Magali was a highlight! I was very well received and treated! I highly recommend <3

Amazing place - clean and tidy with incredible views! Walking distance to Beira-mar Shopping and Beira-mar which was super convenient. Patio Milano literally downstairs has a wide variety of excellent restaurants to choose from. Rodrigo was responsive and always ready to help. Checking in was super smooth too. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The host was very attentive to receiving us, guided us the best way to get there because there are more chatty streets to pass the car, and he was careful to guide us to the arrival was also good. The environment was clean, as described the space is very comfortable and has met our expectations very well, it is worth hosting. And as a bonus, there's still a very good Dog, Mr. Big haha

My partner and I stayed here for a month and enjoyed our stay. The host was quick to respond to our questions and to resolve any issues that arose. The apartment was clean and spacious for a studio. There is no cleaning included for a month-long stay, which was the only downside since we're used to having at least one cleaning included for our month-long Airbnb stays. We did appreciate having a washer & dryer as well as a vacuum to tidy the apartment though. All of the kitchenware was in fairly good shape and the blackout curtains were nice. The apartment is conveniently located—just a short 5-minute walk to Campeche beach and also walking distance to various restaurants and shops. It's located in a fairly quiet area with minimal street noise. We felt safe walking around in this area. Wifi was strong—no issues with video calls or internet connectivity. Overall, we would stay here again if we came back to Florianopolis.
