Vacation rentals with a patio in Florianópolis

The apartment is even better than in the photos, extremely beautiful, very cozy. Mauro treated us in an extremely polite and helpful manner. We will definitely be back!

It is a very quiet neighborhood, close to the Villa Romana mall and others. There is a large Angeloni supermarket in the same building as the apartment, which is very good, as you only need to take the elevator to get to the supermarket. They also have another supermarket within walking distance, as well as restaurants and shopping areas. Everything in the apartment and condominium is new. Soon, a food court will be installed in the same condominium. It's very complete and modern.

Marcia is a wonderful host. Always responsive and caring. Great place to stay and very well located. Would definitely stay there again.

First off, first Airbnb that matched exactly to the photos. This was a small slice of peacefulness that we enjoyed. Not a lot of bugs or animals, well maintained and the capybaras next door were a joy to watch. The appliances and bathroom were top notch and was very inviting. I look forward to inviting other people and coming back again on the future.

The Refuge is an impeccable space for those who like to relate to the environment and want to enjoy a quiet place with an incredible view. It was my second time in Costa da Lagoa, a place still preserved where it is possible to get closer to the beings of nature and elementals. Boat transportation is efficient and sustainable, which transforms the entire experience. I'll be back whenever possible ✨

Marcelo was extremely receptive to me and my family, always responding quickly, giving tips on places to visit, the house is excellent, it accommodates all people super comfortably, we felt at home! It is very close to the beach and beautiful places in Campeche! We will definitely be back 🙏

Heavenly place!! Cozy house with everything you need to spend several days without worrying. Very well equipped. Toninho and Daniela are a very friendly, polite couple and show us the house with all the necessary details. I recommend it and will definitely come back

Wonderful villa with a super view, a beautiful garden, and an equally beautiful relaxation area with swimming pool, jacuzzi, spa, barbecue area, armchairs and sun loungers!! The villa consists of a beautiful living room with kitchen, 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor with 1 bathroom, and a suite upstairs with bathroom and jetted tub. Near the pool another house with 2 double beds, bathroom and kitchen (to go to a bedroom you have to pass through the first bedroom). Negative notes: When we asked the host if the climb was difficult (to understand which car to rent, and because we had read about Uber refusing to climb), we were told that there was no problem!! In truth, 4 Ubers (Comfort) in 5 days refused to get in and the rental car (fortunately taken 1.3) barely climbed... The house lacks maintenance and the suite lacks a door to isolate it from the living room, if someone opens the fridge and it's like having it next to the bed. Cute but mischievous monkeys!!

Excellent location, very private and easy to access. The house was clean and well organized and we had a great stay. There is a grocery store and several restaurants nearby.

A perfect location. Very quiet, with beautiful views and organized space. Very well-equipped place. A perfect place to rest and celebrate. We were made to feel very welcome and the service from Maria Marte and Adelaide was amazing. Super recommend and hope to return.

My experience at Vanda's was excellent. From the beginning, she was extremely kind and attentive, always available to help with whatever was needed. The place is impeccable in terms of cleanliness, everything is very well maintained, organized and with a pleasant aroma that makes a difference as soon as you enter. Another point worth mentioning is the hygiene items available: shampoo, conditioner, creams and soap of great quality, which demonstrates the attention to detail and concern for the well-being of guests. The whole experience was marked by comfort and hospitality. I recommend it without hesitation!

This place looks exactly like the photos. You have a beautiful view of the mountains and pasture with 2 horses. Then you have a nice pool and a short walk to a magnificent beach, Campeche. I would highly recommend staying here. Also, Renata is a fantastic host. She was super helpful, friendly and responsive to everything. Her and her husband went above and beyond to make everything nice for us during our stay. They even put in a new washing machine the same day as the original one broke during our stay. They are the best!

The stay at Rodrigo's apartment was wonderful. The place is very quiet and the condominium is sensational, super complete and safe, you don't even want to leave much. The pools, gym and direct access to the beach make you feel like you're in a resort. I highly recommend it!

It was wonderful family days, the apartment, the location and the beach of the English complete perfectly for a spectacular mini vacation. I appreciate the owner's 24-hour attention and availability to resolve any problems in connection with the condominium keys and tags. Many thanks for everything and we will be back soon!

The place is exactly as advertised: cozy and the ideal size for a couple. Excellent location, right in the center of Lagoa, with easy access to cafes, the market and a lively nightlife. Fernanda was super attentive, always helpful and responded quickly to all my questions. A great experience. I recommend it!
