Vacation rentals with a pool in Florianópolis

Excellent! The house is very good, and communication with the hosts was very easy. The house was clean, with everything working well. There is not much to do in the vicinity of the house because it is located on the edge of a highway, but despite this it is well located. I recommend it!

Our stay was wonderful! The house is spacious, beautiful, clean, fun, very well located... you don't need to use the car, there are great restaurants, bars, shops, banks, pharmacies, market...everything is very close! And the Lagoon is beautiful in this place and super close! The house has everything you need and more...extremely clean towels and bed linen! The pool water on the first day had not warmed up enough because it was very cold, but from the next day it was already delicious! The view from the house's viewpoint is very beautiful! Very comfortable beds and great showers! Anyway, I highly recommend it...Guilherme is super attentive! We love the house and the whole place!

Wonderful villa with a super view, a beautiful garden, and an equally beautiful relaxation area with swimming pool, jacuzzi, spa, barbecue area, armchairs and sun loungers!! The villa consists of a beautiful living room with kitchen, 2 double bedrooms on the ground floor with 1 bathroom, and a suite upstairs with bathroom and jetted tub. Near the pool another house with 2 double beds, bathroom and kitchen (to go to a bedroom you have to pass through the first bedroom). Negative notes: When we asked the host if the climb was difficult (to understand which car to rent, and because we had read about Uber refusing to climb), we were told that there was no problem!! In truth, 4 Ubers (Comfort) in 5 days refused to get in and the rental car (fortunately taken 1.3) barely climbed... The house lacks maintenance and the suite lacks a door to isolate it from the living room, if someone opens the fridge and it's like having it next to the bed. Cute but mischievous monkeys!!

My stay was simply perfect! The site is exactly as described, very clean, cozy and well located. The host was super helpful and attentive from the beginning, always available to help with any questions or needs. I would definitely stay again and strongly recommend it to those looking for comfort and a great welcome!

The view is breathtaking! Beautiful, beautiful, blue sea, nature, silence. Nearby oyster farms, in the same easement where the house is located, there is a small house that sells oysters, where I ate the freshest oyster of my life, they had just taken it out of the sea. There is a fish shop near the fisherman, too, everything taken from the sea at the time. There's a little bar by the sea with everything fresh. Far from markets and bakeries, I recommend that you take everything, but delivery IFood :) The house is beautiful, everything is very new and well maintained and it was extremely clean, and I always find fault with the cleaning :D The Jacuzzi is a delight, large, spacious, with a view of the sea. Everything wonderful! Eduardo responds quickly, gave all the support and it was one of the best stays I've ever had.

The stay was excellent! The place is exactly like in the pictures, very clean, organized and comfortable. The location was also great for what I needed. Elio was attentive and helpful throughout the stay, always available to answer questions. I recommend it and, if possible, I'll be back at the next opportunity. Thanks for having me!

The apartment is more beautiful than in the photos. Well decorated, spacious and very complete, with absolutely all the necessary utensils and amenities. Fully equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bed and impeccable bedding! Excellent shower (gas). The condominium has an excellent structure and the location is heavenly!! In addition to direct access to the beach, it has an indoor, heated pool and a restaurant that, out of season, is open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, but in season, it is open every day. As for the apartment, eating on the balcony looking at the sea... wonderful!! And the dorms also have a clear view of the beach!! You can see the sea lying in bed. Neida was an excellent host! He took care of every little detail to make us comfortable!! We felt at home!! You left a welcome treat. It's an excellent place to do home office. Neida provided an office chair and has a dishwasher and washing machine. We'll definitely be back again. We love it!!

New, cozy, well-decorated, clean, very well-located apartment with all the amenities for a perfect stay. I recommend it. Host Gabriela is uniquely attentive to guests, always attentive and available to help with anything. Anyway, when I return to Florianópolis to stay in Campeche, I already have the right address.
