Located in the north of the island, between three beaches. 750 meters from Ponta das Canas beach, 850 meters from Lagoinha beach and 1 km from Brava beach. Near the house are supermarkets, restaurants, a pizzeria, hamburger joint, fitness center, laundry, pharmacy, beach supply store, florist and ice cream parlor.
