Separated but close to both the city center, public transport, several lakes and tranquility. Three-story villa with four bedrooms, accommodating a total of 6 people. (Crib available if required.) Unique pigsty outside Borås

A quarter of an hour outside Borås in Fritsla, this brick building was a pigsty 100 years ago. Here you can enjoy nature and Häggån, which flows 10 meters from the house. It is a quiet area with two other residential buildings a few hundred meters away. The house consists of a single large living room of 100 m2 with kitchen, dining area and sofa area with fireplace. The apartment is idyllic, close to forest with berries and mushrooms. Wonderful walking opportunities in the forest. 400 meters to Stora and Lilla Munsjöarna with swimming area and fishing. It is 50 km to Gothenburg, 40 km to Borås, 10 km to 18-hole golf course. 5 km to the beautiful wooden town Alingsås. Bedroom for 2 people in bed and 2 people in sofa bed. No smoking. Dogs are allowed. The apartment is on the second floor, no elevator.
