The apartment is easily accessible from a traffic point of view. 3 minutes from the highway (you don't hear) and 10 minutes walk from the train station... Many hiking destinations, swimming lakes and climbing areas attract visitors. In winter there are several ski resorts in the vicinity and with enough snow there is also a cross-country trail in the village. The cog railway on the Wendelstein starts on the outskirts.

We were greeted very warmly by Christine upon our arrival and given a tour of the apartment. The apartment is new, furnished to a high standard, very clean and equipped with everything you might need for a nice stay. We immediately felt very comfortable and enjoyed the time in the apartment very much. The quiet location was perfect for us, despite the seclusion you had a good starting point for excursions of various kinds. You are very quickly in the mountains and with public transport you can get to Munich or Salzburg very well. We would book with Josef and Christine again anytime!

Super nice apartment, very spacious, equipped with everything you need, super clean, nice little garden with terrace…there is nothing to complain about at all!! Doris even provided us with a few beers and snacks before she welcomed us very nicely. We'd come back any time if we were on vacation in the Rosenheim area!

The Lebkuchenhaus is the perfect starting point for hikes and excursions in the area. The lovingly furnished cottage is equipped with everything you need. However, the stairs to the upper floor are very steep. The view from the balcony is sensational. For 5 days with a dog, it was great!

We stayed at Heike and Ralf's place for 4 days and were super satisfied. The apartment is stylishly furnished and was handed over to us in a very clean condition. The kitchen is equipped in such a way that you can easily cook something yourself. The absolute highlight, however, is the area around the accommodation. This is exceptionally beautiful and super idyllic. You can totally relax and enjoy the decelerating life in absolute peace. Without any problems, you can take a great hike directly from the property. Both the Austrian and Italian borders are in the immediate vicinity, so you can start a variety of great day trips from the property. Unfortunately, we ran out of time in the end to even begin to enjoy everything, but we will definitely come back again! The contact with Heike and Ralf was super straightforward, friendly and familiar. We would recommend the place to anyone!
