Couples Retreat Coastal Luxury

Enjoy your own luxury hotel style oasis, set on an elevated block with bay glimpses panoramic views over Arthur’s seat through floor to ceiling, glass windows. Set within beautiful gardens, featuring Australian natives. This private property offers an excellent place for couples to get away just over an hours drive from the city. The bay is an easy 800 m walk. Five minutes to the Peninsula Hot Springs. Great access to winery region in Red Hill and all the Peninsula has to offer relax and unwind.

The Studio Somers

Once a beach shack, became an artist’s studio, then rescued as a comfortable home and holiday escape, close to the beach and Somers General Cafe. A wonderful place to sit and relax, walk on the beach or explore local wineries and farm produce. In order to safely manage the conditions brought with COVID (and maintain our low tariff) we introduced a 3 night minimum. We are now able to offer a 2 night stay but this is at a higher rate than a stay for 3 nights or more. Please enquire for the rate.

Relax in complete seclusion at the very heart of the winery district in this light and airy home (with wifi). Stay by the fire and watch the kangaroos and echidnas, or drive mere minutes to local attractions such as the Epicurean and hot springs. And if a Covid lockdown affects your booking we will refund your payments to us, regardless of the cancellation policy. Our Shoreham shack is a laid-back and comfortable 3 bedroom & 2 bathroom house. Good heating and cooling and fully equipped so you just turn up and relax. WiFi available as well as a large selection of boxsets. Newly extended deck areas front and back gives plenty of room for relaxing outside and enjoying the environment. We are dog-friendly and have had happy guests return again and again. Shoreham is in a quiet rural setting close to wonderful wineries and restaurants.

Better yet, relax in the in-built cedar hot tub where you can enjoy the stunning sunsets. 5-minutes walk to the Ocean Beach National Park or a quick and easy trip down to the bay beach and shops. For dog lovers, the property is securely fenced with room for running around and play.

Our two-story home on the highest point at Tyrone beach and is only 3 mins from beautiful Tyrone beach, 10 mins to the popular Peninsula Hot Springs. Slide open the doors and wake up to a wonderful bay view, take a morning walk along one of the Peninsula's best beaches or sit on the huge deck with a book taking in uninterrupted panoramic water view.
