Beautiful house to stay at! We all had the best time and felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Heaps of room for the kids to run around and burn their energy. Great place to stay for a family holiday we had 11 of us in the house and we al had our own space and heaps of room to have dinner and watch movies all together.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The place is cosy, homey, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The pool was a great bonus, and the peaceful surroundings made it even more special. Communication was clear and easy—our host was friendly, responsive, and made everything smooth from start to finish. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily come back. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. Every room is so tastefully decorated with everything you need, the kitchen is amazing and cinema and pool were a hit with the kids. Tim was an awesome host who was very understanding when we had an accident. He also posted our son’s teddy that we left behind. Definitely recommend this beautiful listing!

Awesome place for my family to stay. Booked for my wife’s 60th birthday, to have the two of us, our 3 kids, their partners, 4 grandkids and one dog in one amazing property was absolutely wonderful. We couldn’t be happier with our time at this home. It was beautifully clean, well appointed and had everything you need. The home was so convenient to the shops, a short stroll away. We stayed in April and the surrounds were very quiet and peaceful.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Balnarring. The house is stunning - surrounded by beautiful gardens and scenery and the interior design is amazing! We had a few infants and a toddler and the house was well equipped for our needs. We especially loved the animals and the home-grown preserved food!

If you’re looking for a house to relax and unwind, this could be the one for you! The house was warm and homily, and delivered some amazing sunrises / sunset views, all whilst relaxing in the spacious upstairs lounge. The house was clean throughout, and large enough to accommodate our group of friends. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Peggy is a great host, super responsive and even provided some complimentary wine to welcome us. Cheers to that!

Kate’s cottage was absolutely and exactly what my girlfriends and I were looking for, for a little weekend getaway. It was even better than we expected, with its cosy charm, warm and inviting feel and had everything we needed and more. We will definitely be looking forward to booking again and want to thank both Kate and Glen for making our trip so seamless and calm. Thank you both so much!

We stayed w our three kids and their grandparents and had a wonderful time. The positives were the incredible garden (including trampoline!) and view, and the location. Close to centre of town and very easy to access

A beautiful house which really makes the most of the ocean views. We really enjoyed the design of this house with great natural light and versatile spaces. Despite having a very cold snap with the weather, the house was quick to warm and remained warm when the heating was off. Great location with easy car access to Philip Island and surrounds, but otherwise very peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful location - tranquil, lovely outlook onto garden surrounded by native bush with lots of bird life- exactly the peaceful natural location we were seeking for our 10 night stay. Our party of two elderly parents (in their 90's), and four other adult family loved the house and location. Easy to access for my parents who were using walkers with a ramp up to front verandah and everything on the one level (apart from laundry). Comfy sofa and we loved the fireplace with lots of firewood supplied - also plenty of other heating to keep us warm and cosy on the colder autumn nights and days.

We had a great stay. House is very comfortable, super clean and the owner has ensured there are lots of little touches that made for a special holiday. Fully fenced yard was perfect for the dog too. Great base for our Easter break on the peninsula.

Had a wonderful stay. The house was tidy with an open, yet cosy layout. The jacuzzi and sauna were an added bonus with clear instructions given on how to use.

A spectacular location. Beautiful house and modern kitchen. Upstairs was picture perfect in the morning (I can see why it is called morning sun). Easy check in and check out. We loved our stay, it was such a beautiful property that the groom ended up coming to do some getting ready photos at the location before heading to the ceremony. Our only recommendation/notable thing was the upstairs area had no curtains and the public in the cellar door can see into the property. so some sheer curtains etc would be great to help maintain privacy.

This was our 2nd time at Tullynear, it is a great house for a family holiday. It’s a bright airy house in a location that means you can leave the car in the drive and walk everywhere.

Beautiful farm house , close to Melbourne . Excellent location to explore the Peninsula . Good communication with the host . Great for family with children. they have nice fire pit area that is not in use, and with a little maintenance would add even more fun for kids and for colder months. We enjoyed our weekend away .Thanks !

I had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this property ! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel cozy and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the entire space felt peaceful and private. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. Clear instructions were provided for check-in/check-out, and they even left a lovely welcome note and a few local treats, which was such a kind gesture. The location was perfect — quiet and safe I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. A beautiful home with exceptional amenities for 5 adults and 5 children. Rebecca has thought of everything we might have needed and more! Great, very safe outdoor area which was well fenced for children and 2 very happy and settled dogs. 2 separate living areas with plenty of activities for the children made for a wonderful 5 night stay. We had an amazing stay with 4 kids and 4 adults. The backyard was beautifully landscaped and provided hours of entertainment for our kids. The location provided easy access to surrounds.

Three generations found our stay at Eldridge Estate perfect as we spent two nights celebrating my son's wedding at neighbouring Red Hill Estate. We all enjoyed the cosy fire and the space to gather together and reflect on our own. The outdoor areas offered beautiful views and a quiet space for me to write my speech:) Vicki is indeed a super host, going out of her way to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend!!!

We had the perfect weekend away at Kalimna Beach House. The house was very clean, comfortable and well located. The backyard was beyond amazing! Perfect for our dogs and very well fenced. Communication with Jane and Dee was simple and timely. We regret not staying longer and will definitely stay again.

The pictures here on Airbnb do not do this home justice - it's even more beautiful than the pictures could reflect. The view from the floor-to-vaulted ceiling windows was spectacular and we even stayed during the miserably cold and stormy winter holiday weekend. It was wonderful to watch the storm over the bay and the rain beside a cozy fire inside. I wish we could have taken advantage of the expansive deck and patio furniture. The inside is modern and luxe. Given the luxurious views and design, it is understandably a quite expensive stay. Kurt was also very responsive and helpful during our stay.
