For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. The Sunseitn vacation home with single use is in top condition. Enjoy the view with the tranquility of the Mölltal and take time for your break. A wonderful house is at your disposal, including a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a large living room with satellite TV, 4 bedrooms with TV and a huge relaxation terrace with a fantastic view and parking spaces. Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Himmelsstiege vacation home

This stylish place to stay is perfect for 2-5 people. It is located in the middle of the Mölltal, with all its sights. The Grossglockner, the Mölltal Glacier and the Mallnitz Valley are in the immediate vicinity. Lienz in East Tyrol, as well as Spittal an der Drau, can be reached in about three quarters of an hour by car. A bus stop is right in front of the house. Skiers can take the Postbus to the ski resorts for free.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The wonderful tranquility and the beautiful view of the Grossarl mountain and natural landscape is ideal for relaxing and recharging. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.
