This guest suite in North Boulder is a private, sunny and welcoming space located on the main floor of our home (not a basement). It has a separate entrance, easy parking, a kitchen and grocery nearby. There are no shared spaces! We are a quick bike ride or Uber to downtown, Pearl St., and CU Boulder! You are close to the action but far enough away to have a peaceful nights sleep. We love having new guests and hope to make your stay in Boulder comfortable.

Secluded & Relaxing Suite next to Hiking Trails

Unwind by the fountain on the patio, also great for dining. Enter the suite through a private rear door to discover modern amenities, including a heated bathroom floor. This contemporarily designed and furnished suite (4 rooms) is filled with daylight and has its own dedicated internet service. Our home, located at the foot of the flatirons, is close to historic Chautauqua Park and multiple hiking & bike trails, the University of Colorado, and downtown.

Central Boulder Garden Suite

The space has its own bathroom, access to food prep, bedroom, and living room. It is about 900 sqft, and basement level. Queen bed is in the bedroom, (air mattress available.) The house is about 1 mile from pearl street, .8 miles to a groceries and coffee, and just down the street from Mt. Sanitas for hiking. Also half a block from a bus stop and an e-bike doc is about 3 blocks away! Also there is the north boulder rec center with pickle ball courts.

The Garden Door Guest Suite

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at my warm and welcoming, centrally located guest suite. This is the lower level of our single family home. You have a private entrance through the back garden door. We are next to the main bike path in Boulder with easy access to CU and downtown! We are walking distance to several restaurants and shops. There is a large shared backyard with a gazebo.

Suite Close to CU, East Labs & Town

Small, quaint, 2 bedroom private entrance suite. Your private side of Ranch House. Walking distance to CU and East Campus/Labs. In a quiet neighborhood, wooded lot near creek and bike trails. Enjoy, coffee, and tea in your suite. My suite can sleep 2 easily, 3 if okay with compact space. This is an older house with some amenities for your comfort, but not a modern Townhouse.
