For 2-6 people, the apartment elegantly furnished sufficient space. At over 75 square meters, there is a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with beds in the amount of 2x2 meters, each adjacent a private bathroom per bedroom, a dining area on the lower level right after the kitchen, a living room with sofa bed. In the upper area of the apartment is still a separate bedroom with bathroom. The magnificent west-facing balcony offers breathtaking views in the Flachautal.

The interior design runs like a red thread through the entire penthouse, with warm tones in the oak herringbone floor, furniture in walnut veneer and modern accents such as the terrazzo tiles.
