Waterfront vacation rentals in Fiume Versilia

The area was super accessible and had a great view of the area! Was super close to the train station and easy to go from place to place. The Wifi was a bit spotty but other than that a great stay!

We loved Luca’s place. It’s a spacious apartment with an amazing view on the sea. And we loved Corniglia, it’s the most quiet place in Cinque Terre and is perfectly located to go hiking around. It also has what we thought was the best rocky spot for bathing and swimming (and it’s just a few steps from the apartment!). Luca is a nice host and has given us great recommendations (the bar/restaurant on the way to the sea is a must!). We are still dreaming about our week there…will definitely come back!

Very nice apartment in top location in Cinque Terra.

Very nice small flat in Le Grazie. The flat is situated with a view to the harbour and the sea. Good restaurants, bars, bakery and grocery store nearby. Flat is clean and cozy, but is in 2 parts, where the kitchen (which is rather big) and the bathrum (which is very small) is on the other side of a small hall, which you have to pass going from the livingroom to the kitchen/bathroom.

Very nice and clean apartment with great sea view and harbor view. Apartment is fully equipped. The bus stop is about 200 m away to La Spezia or Portovenere. You can park your car right outside the door or in the cul-de-sac. The apartment and the location to excursion destinations is very central. The communication with Nicola and Francesca is very lovely. We will be happy to come back.

Beautiful option to stay in Manarola! Paolo was super accommodating and easy to communicate with. The video Paolo sent prior to arrival depicting the walk from the train station to the room was super helpful and a nice touch. The accommodation was clean, central, and while simple had everything we needed for a comfortable stay; not to mention the stunning view. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a lowkey stay in Manarola!

Very well located apartment with a beach view close by. Very clean, well arranged, very appreciable air conditioning, a very beautiful garden with terrace facing the sea, very quiet. And an extra plus with private parking. Go there without a second thought😃.

Franca and her husband were friendly and helpful hosts. With the help of Google Translate, we had no problems communicating. We stayed 3 nights at their top-floor apartment which came with a private terrace from where you can get a lovely view of the village, the sea and the terraced vineyards. Its location in a historic building just off the village church square and close to various walking trails made it a perfect base for us to explore the various villages of Cinque Terre. The apartment was clean and comfortably furnished for 2 people. We enjoyed our stay at Casa Capellini very much.

I can’t find enough positive words to describe our family stay in this charming beach house! Everything worked perfectly — no issues with the internet, and the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the appliances, spices, and gadgets you could want. There were also books, extra towels and sheets, bikes, laundry supplies, and even bug spray! The hosts provided all the details in advance and were very helpful with additional recommendations. We enjoyed both cooking at home and eating out, and we visited several different beaches during our stay. The house is just one street away from the beach, located in a super quiet, secluded, and cute neighborhood. We absolutely loved our four nights here with the kids!

Mara’s apartment is a jewel in Viareggio. It is beautifully designed and fitted out with loads of room inside and a great functioning kitchen and wonderful private balconies to sit out to eat or relax.The location is perfect within walking distance to the beach, shops and many restaurants, bars and cafes. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Viareggio

Monica was really flexible about checkin and met us when we arrived to show us around the property. The apartment was private and tucked away from the street so it was really quiet. The main bed was really comfortable and there were extra pillows which is always nice. The tv is a smart tv which was really great! Would definitely recommend.

This AirBNB was amazing. The views are incredible and the location is perfect. Adriana and her father are amazing hosts and are top notch. Adriana’s father helped us get our luggage to the AirBNB which was amazing and above and beyond. My fiance and I couldn’t recommend this AirBNB more! The location is the best in Riomaggiore and is very peaceful in the mornings and at night.

We were in Dino's house for four days with our 10-month-old baby. The view and tranquility are wonderful and the house has everything it needs for us. The communication with Dino was great, he contacted us on his own initiative and asked if we arrived well and if everything is okay and also responded quickly to our messages. We were traveling with a Ford Transit, your car should not be larger or wider, as the roads are very narrow.

Beautiful accommodation and great location! Close to both the bathing establishments and the public beach! Perfect accommodation for visiting Viareggio! I recommend it!

second time staying here and super grateful to have been able to enjoy a peaceful week in these incomparable surroundings. if you like walking and being close to nature this place is amazing. great patio to enjoy the fantastic panorama. I did many hours of work there at the computer and with warm sunny weather it made for an amazing spot to write/work in. the sentiero azzurro and further trails in the area are so beautiful. it is invigorating and refreshing to walk here. kitchen is compact but does the job nicely cooking for two. shops and eateries half an hour (I walk quite quickly) away in Vernazza or Corniglia. hope to come back soon. thank you Aranit, Pier Paolo and Mirjan!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Actually, it's a small house. Everything was excellently furnished and Anna was very helpful. We were all very comfortable. From the washing machine, dishwasher and WiFi, everything your heart desires was there in terms of electricity. We would love to go back to the cottage at any time when we come to the area! Apartment in the charming pedestrian historic center of Tellaro, close to the sea and the main square. Very cozy and clean. Great base for hiking in the area. Diego was always available, responding kindly and in real time to any questions or clarifications. We had a great time.

Very friendly hostess. The location is great for visiting Cinquere terre by ferry or train. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, a nice beach and restaurants nearby.

I would just like to say that my experience was PERFECT!!! Alessandro was extremely helpful and responded to all of my messages within minutes. Maria was precise, punctual and very kind, even when we had a setback. The accommodation is close to everything and although small it has everything you need.

Great place to stay right on the beach. Just a few meters over the dune and a wonderful beach opens up. There are beautiful beach bars right next door where you can enjoy your morning cappuccino. The apartment was lovingly furnished with lots of details. Somehow everything was there, whether for cooking or utensils for the beach. We had a 4h traffic jam on arrival and could not reach the check-in in time. Still, Sharon was there for us at 11pm. That was great.

We absolutely loved Paola’s apartment. The location is fabulous, right by the passenger ferry pick up and a couple of minutes walk from the centre, also with a supermarket right below the apartment. It was beautifully presented and well stocked with all crockery, glasses, utensils etc that you could need. Fabulous views from both the lounge and beautiful little terrace - we enjoyed watching the boats come and go. Martina, Paola’s agent was lovely. She met us on arrival, showed us round and replied quickly to a question we had about taxis. As others have said the bath / shower is a little unusual, and the access to the terrace is narrow with steep steps, but we managed, and this wouldn’t put us off staying again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Portovenere - it really is a very beautiful harbour town and a good position to explore the Cinque Terre. The apartment is exceptional - one of our best AirBnB stays to date.

Very cute appartement! Conveniently located, close to a big supermarket and not far from both the train station and the city center. The host was very friendly and allowed us to leave our bags before the check-in time. She also provided us with some toiletries and towels! We were very happy with our choice to stay here.

Daniela was a perfect host! She was always available to us, supported us on site with tips and reservations. Super friendly and communicative! The apartment was beautiful, large and very clean. It is equipped with everything you need. The public beach is right at your doorstep. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the bus stop, from which buses run at short intervals towards La Spezia or Portovenere. We had a wonderful vacation thanks to her great apartment and will definitely come back.
