The cottage is close to public transport; CBD, Victoria Market, Royal Children's Hospital & Flemington Racecourse. You can walk to the local pool! It is also right next to the food and entertainment precinct on Smith and Gertrude Street. It is a 10min walk to the CBD and 2 mins by car. There are trams just a minute walk from the doorstep on Gertrude and Victoria Parade and takes you straight to the CBD. Also walkable to the MCG and various Parks.

Our home has a large living area which gets plenty of light and looks out over our lovely garden. The bedrooms are generous, each with a desk. The master has a private balcony and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and spa bath. The third bedroom can be set up with 2 singles or with a King size bed. We are close to trams (15 mins to town), and plenty of shops, restaurants and parks, including famous Brunswick Street, Fitzroy. There is also easy access to nearby cycle paths.
