New and super comfy bed and bedding and lots of wardrobe space for longer stays. Stylish decor throughout filled with quirky design and happy heathy plants. Fully equipped with quality crockery, cutlery, glassware and every kitchen utensil, pot and pan has been considered. This apartment is set on the border of Fitzroy and Collingwood - meters away from the vibrant Smith St and Brunswick St. This neighbourhood is filled with hidden cafes, restaurants, bars and quirky shops. The CBD is a short tram or bus ride away. In the heart of vibrant Fitzroy and Collingwood, everything is within walking distance. The apartment is on the top floor (5th) of a new and award winning building and every detail has been considered for a complete stay. Overlooking all the little cottages, homes and former factories with views all the way to the mountains. The pictures I've posted here really speak for themselves - you'll feel spoilt in this warm, comfortable home. Ask the host, a hospitality professional, for recommendations of must-go, must-see, and must-eat-at places in this lively neighbourhood. Set on the border of Fitzroy and Collingwood, vibrant Smith Street and Brunswick Street are only metres away. I will check you in personally - 24/7 late in to the night/after midnight - AT NO EXTRA COST. You will just have to inform me and I will be there to check you in. Sometimes, an early check-in before 3pm is available too as long as the cleaners have finished and the apartment is ready.

I love the long thin strip that is Fitzroy, stretching from the top of the city toward the north shouldered on either side by Collingwood and Carlton. On a sunny day take a stroll down Brunswick or Smith Street into the city, enjoy our local architecture, street art, shops... and stop along the way for a meal, a drink, some music.... With 3 transport corridors, travel from St Kilda on the bay, to Preston and beyond is easy. The Museum, the MCG and the Rod Laver Arena, the National Gallery, Concert Hall and Theatres, our art filled laneways and fabulous eateries are all in easy reach. If you find yourself in Melbourne for work or for pleasure this spacious and comfortable self contained apartment with a queen sized bed, kitchen, full sized shower, seperate toilet and a washing machine is the perfect place to stop over TV and wifi are provided as well as linen and towels and coffee, tea, shampoo and soap There are 5 steps into the building and the 1 step once inside the apartment We can provide on street permit parking

We loved staying in this apartment. Collingwood is a great area, lots of nice bars, restaurants and cafes and everything is walkable. We highly recommend Proud Mary and A Coffee for tasty coffees. The apartment is very comfortable, everything you need for your stay and is a perfect location. The balcony is really cute, a great place to decompress after a busy day exploring. The shower is really good and Keith has provided lovely products. Highly recommend staying here, we would love to come back!

We had a great stay and the apartment is absolutely amazing. Rebecca has thought of everything you might need when you're away so it feels very much like a home away from home. The location was great being just a 5-10 minute walk into the heart of the city and a tram stop about 100 metres away. Will definitely be back!

We had a very minor glitch at check-in where I transposed the door code. I called Emily and Andreas was able to let us in remotely! It was awesome. House felt like it was brand new! Emily had done a lot of little things to make our stay better, like coffee, tea, dishwashing & laundry detergent being available for us. Plus some welcome snacks! Made us feel welcomed and at home! Would definitely come back!

We had such an amazing week staying at Julie’s beautiful home in Fitzroy. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel so welcome, with lots of little goodies and treats waiting for us, such a thoughtful lil touch! Julie was super responsive and accommodating, always quick to help with anything we needed, and even gave us a late checkout which we really appreciated. The house was so tidy and well-stocked with everything you could possibly need. Plus, the beds are super comfy and the sound system was great 😊 We had the best time and would definitely love to stay here again. Thanks so much for everything, Julie!
