We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

First of all, I want to say that the host is super friendly, accommodating and attentive! The place was as described. Even better! The apartment is very high quality and tastefully furnished. There's nothing missing. Due to the private entrance, the thing is great. If we needed help, the answer was super fast, friendly and all-encompassing. The location is super quiet, nice and therefore relaxation takes place from the first second. Gene again and again

Sylvia was super responsive (usually responded within a few minutes). The view from the apartment is unparalleled. You can see the mountains and glaciers from the windows. Parking is very easy (on the premises).

It was a wonderful stay with stunning views of the mountains at the "most beautiful end of the world." Recreation is guaranteed here. The hosts Conni and Christian are kind-hearted people, with whom you immediately feel at home and who are there to help. You can just tell that they're dedicated. The apartment is very comfortably furnished and has everything you need. We would definitely recommend the Basecamp and would love to come back.

The accommodation was spectacular, I would say that the photos don't do justice to what the place and the neighborhood really are, since it was wonderful. Despite being a little far from everything, it helped us to be calm, relax and from there go out to our visiting destinations. I would definitely come back again.

We stayed for a week to relax in the accommodation and it was worth it! It is a nice, small accommodation with everything you need (also very child-friendly!). Excellent furnishings (there are a lot of (board) games, especially for children), the kitchen has everything you need and it was generally very generous with a lot of love for detail. The apartment was completely clean and it is perfectly and quietly located (3 min walk to the lake, but away from the noisy main road; the surroundings are just beautiful anyway). Daniela had very good tips and was very quick and friendly in communication. All in all a great place to stay, to which we would love to come back!

We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean and is in a quiet, beautiful area – perfect for relaxing. We were particularly enthusiastic about the spacious and modern underground parking, which made parking super convenient. At our request, we were even provided with a vacuum cleaner – thank you for the quick and friendly service! Overall a very pleasant experience, we will be happy to come back.

We felt at home in the beautiful, small apartment. It is tastefully furnished with a lot of love for detail and very well equipped. Communication with Markus was very good and extremely helpful from the beginning. Markus and Sandra are really the best hosts. The proximity to Lake Chiemsee and the beautiful mountains with fantastic hiking opportunities made our vacation perfect. We will be happy to come back.

We really enjoyed our getaway in the apartment. We had a very nice contact with the landlord. The location is wonderfully quiet and yet you can quickly reach Schliersee or Spitzingsee. The Josefstaler waterfall is a short walk away, we even went there 2x. The baker around the corner had delicious rolls for our breakfast on the small balcony. The amenities of the apartment were very good and as described. It had everything you needed for everyday vacation life. We slept particularly well, the bed was comfortable and the peace heavenly. You can only hear the rushing of the stream and the ringing of the cowbells from time to time. For us, the opportunity to charge electricity cheaply in our own parking space was particularly good. We thank you for the wonderful time and can recommend the apartment from the heart.

Beautiful accommodation in a very nice environment. Christian was incredibly helpful and was able to give us good tips for the area. We were there with our three-year-old child and we can recommend that too. The accommodation is very child-friendly.

We felt like a good friend at Irene's, warmly welcomed in a cheerful atmosphere. The location is fantastic, the apartment super nice, her tips are worth gold. The bathroom was wonderfully warm despite the cool outside temperature, we felt very comfortable.

We spent a week on vacation with a baby and toddler at Constanze's. Especially the huge family bed and the open layout with large garden made our stay very pleasant. Great starting point for excursions in the area. Constanze and Anita were very friendly and helpful. Overall a great time 🍀

Nicci's apartment is beautiful, very clean and looks like the pictures. The kitchen is well equipped. We felt right at home. Nicci as a host is great, very accommodating and helpful. The welcome package in the fridge was very delicious. The apartment is within walking distance of shops serving everyday needs, and it is also not far to the heart of Tegernsee. The parking in the underground garage is very good. The view from the balcony is fantastic. The location of the apartment on the street did not bother us at all, as the windows are super insulated and you did not hear anything. The bedroom is in the back, we slept fantastically, as the bed was also super comfortable. If you want to enjoy a relaxing vacation at Lake Tegernsee, you are in the right hands with Nicci.

I was able to travel happily thanks to the really kind host and the accommodation that was more beautiful and comfortable than the photos. The host didn't miss any issues and solved them, and the accommodation was conveniently located near the bus stop, so I had a comfortable stay every day. If I come back to Garmisch, this is the place I'd like to visit. It was a really pretty, comfortable, cozy... and really, really nice, picture-perfect house.🥰

We, 4 adults and 2 dogs enjoyed staying at Bettina's place very much. We felt very comfortable and our dogs were also warmly welcomed. The apartment is very nicely decorated and perfect for the number of people. Bettina is a very warm and helpful host (she even invited us to a private celebration). She gave us many great tips for excursions and hikes. The location is perfect and you can do a lot in the area (Traunstein, Chiemsee, Berchtesgaden , Salzburg). This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

Christine and Josef are very warm and reliable hosts. They were always there with advice. Good tips and literature for activities! Our 8-year-old daughter was allowed to pet the rabbits and take a look inside the stable. The new apartment was furnished with loving details.

We felt comfortable immediately, everything was very clean and nicely furnished. Absolutely sufficient for two adults with a dog. The Whirlpool was our highlight and already heated and usable when we arrived:) Beautiful hiking trails can be started directly from the apartment and the beautiful outdoor swimming pool is just around the corner. We ate deliciously in the inns in the village:) We fell in love with the village of Flintsbach, everyone was super friendly, as well as the contact by messages with our host. We will definitely come again!!!!!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. There was really everything we needed, from towels to the initial equipment for breakfast. Unfortunately, our time in Telfs was quite unpleasant. But after a rainy hike, the sauna and the pool did particularly well.

The place was beautiful and flooded with light. In the morning, we could enjoy the sun directly in the accommodation, and the garden offered the perfect opportunity to soak up the warm sunbeams in complete tranquility. Everything was perfect: The place was clean, the beds were comfortable and equipped with wonderfully thick, cozy blankets. The fireplace provided coziness, and in the basement there was even a small gym with everything you needed. Hubert and Ines were great hosts – always quick to communicate and incredibly helpful. They even provided us with sleds! An absolutely great place and fantastic hosts.
