This is a lovely spot. On a nice peaceful street and very close to the square where there are plenty of nice places to eat and a very short walk to the beach. Easy to park too. The place itself is lovely, comfy bed and stays cool on a hot day.

We stayed for 5 night and enjoyed this large, well appointed two story apartment. The place was warm and inviting and was an authentic home to be a unique setting. My family enjoyed the surroundings and there was plenty of restaurants to close from. Be prepared to tackle the 52 steps to the apartment door which my 90 year old mother managed twice a day. Keeps you healthy.
A bright interior features large double windows, allowing natural light to fill the space. The view displays the sea and a nearby promenade, with soft, flowing curtains framing the scenic outlook. A simple white bed is positioned close to the windows.

In una splendida posizione con vista sulla Terrazza Mascagni, l'alloggio di Stefano corrisponde esattamente alle foto viste sul sito. Confortevole, pulito e comodo per aggiungere il centro e le spiagge. Consiglio di cambiare la macchinetta del caffè (impossibile da aprire) e di aggiungere qualche cialda di caffè in più. Per il resto siano stati meravigliosamente. Torneremo volentieri.

Wir haben vier Nächte in Micheles Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet z.B. voll ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine, Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, Backofen, Induktionskochfeld und Mikrowelle, gutes Internet und auch sehr nützlichen Dingen wie Fliegenschutzgittern. Die private Terrasse und der Pool waren einfach traumhaft. Die Unterkunft eignet sich sehr gut für Tagesausflüge wie z.B. nach Pisa, Volterra oder San Gimignano. Michele ist ein toller Gastgeber, der immer kurzfristig antwortet und viele nützliche Tipps gibt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The renovated church was incredibly interesting and I was fascinated by its long history. The church is nestled within a tranquil olive grove which made it easy to relax and disconnect from the stressors of the big city. Roberto was absolutely incredible and I cannot give higher praise—he is truly the standard when it comes to hosts. He was attentive, responsive to any issues, and helpful to solve any difficulties that we had with travel arrangements. It’s easy to see why this property is in such high demand. It was my first time staying in Tuscany and Roberto’s church is already calling me back for another stay! Most highly recommended.

A distanza di qualche anno, siamo tornati nel bellissimo alloggio di Massimiliano! Abbiamo trovato l'appartamento pulitissimo, in ordine impeccabile, con una cucina fornita di tutto, un bagno perfetto e due camere molto grandi e candide. Proprio come ce lo ricordavamo. In più questa volta c'era anche un condizionatore portatile molto utile in cucina e ventilatori in ogni stanza. La collocazione in un paese tranquillo lo rende ideale per riposare di notte. E poi una menzione particolare per mamma Elisabetta: socievole ed accogliente, come sanno essere i toscani. Insomma: 5 stelle! La posizione geografica ne fa un eccellente punto di appoggio per visitare un ampio territorio della meravigliosa Toscana. Ci torneremo di nuovo.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Appartement sehr genossen. Sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten (Waschmittel, genug Decken, gut ausgestattete Küche). Die Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert. Tolle Lage, direkt am Strand. Zu Fuss sind viele schöne Strände erreichbar, wie auch ein grosser Einkaufsladen und viele Restaurants. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen. 😃

What can I say. The most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed. It’s not just an Airbnb property, it’s an experience. If you don’t love Giovanni and his obvious passion for what he does, there’s something wrong with you. The pictures look great, but they don’t do it justice. Such an incredible business in the most incredible location looked after with incredible attention to detail. Book it, you won’t find better.
