Lovely apartment in a villa, independent entrance and garden, maximum privacy guaranteed in a very quiet setting. Excellent starting point for visiting the cities of cultural interest on the Tuscan hills and those by the sea. The supplies of dishes, towels, sheets, etc., are impeccable, the description on the listing corresponds to what you will find. Marco and his parents are loving, a welcome pleasure to have met them. Everything is perfect, highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at Alessandra's! She is such a sweet, caring hostess who really cares about what her guests think. It was important to us that our little poodle was allowed to come to the pool. Of course not in the water (she doesn't like swimming anyway) but that she can just be with us. She also got along great with Alessandra's dog and we just had a totally nice, relaxing and great time. We will definitely be happy to come back! Roberta is an extremely available host! The apartment is very nice, the upstairs terrace is really nice, the 2 bedrooms are spacious and beautiful. The apartment has two functional bathrooms. A supermarket a few minutes' drive away allows you to do inexpensive shopping. Free street parking is available, which is a real plus. The area is full of pretty towns to visit. And above all, the train station within walking distance allows you to travel by train and enjoy beautiful scenery. Thank you Roberta for this gem and for your kindness ✨

Great stay at Luca's! The accommodation is very cute, clean with all the necessary equipment. There is a large garden around it, very quiet and very well maintained. The area is extremely quiet and peaceful. The pine forest and beach are 15 min drive.
