In winter there is a cross-country ski trail on the plateau, and the ski areas are about 20 km away. Shops, a bank and a pharmacy are within 2 km. The hosts live in the house next door.

The perfect family vacation home! Lovingly furnished, quietly located and with Elfi in a family atmosphere! "The blue house" is quietly located in the landscape reserve "Larchwiesen" and at the same time very close to the town center. Only 300m away is the "big brother" - the sustainable family hotel "Der Stern" and all guests at Elfi can use everything in the star: eco indoor swimming pool, petting zoo, pony riding, adventure play town, playground, mountain bike rental and panoramic sauna.

Friendly, bright, quiet garconniere with balcony. The place is ideal for a stopover passing through. Kühtai, Seefeld and Hochötz ski resorts are a 30-minute drive away. Also other ski resorts, the Ötztal, a golf course and the Area47 are close by. The accommodation is located directly on Inntalradweg. Mötz is about 35 km west of Innsbruck, by car 25 minutes by car. The train station is a 10-minute walk from the property, and Innsbruck can be reached in about 35 minutes by train.

In the quiet village center of Haiming, we have friendly furnishings on the 1st floor of our large, older house, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet with what is available to us. At the entrance of the Ötztal, we are easily accessible by train or bus (on foot about 10 or 3 minutes) and car (P at the house) and connected to Innsbruck and all leisure activities in this region. Farmers' shop, bakeries, butchers are around the corner, 5 minutes to the "MiniEKZ" in the village.

Welcoming and as described. Rentals attached to a resort near Franz property. Franz and his team have always been very active, good advice and attentive, and always with a smile! Good recommendations have been made to us nearby. The little plus: access to the quick hotel swimming pool through a small pedestrian access from the property.

Easy to find, right on the Inn. Many activities possible (rafting, climbing, canyoning, etc.) Uncomplicated nice check-in. Unfortunately, the accommodation was not clean yet, but there was a lot going on. Room change & upgrade possible without any problems. Great breakfast for €9 If we are around, we will come back ☺️

Thanks for the wonderful time! The location is great for hiking and the surroundings are super nice! The apartment has everything you need, the kitchen is super equipped and the bed very comfortable! The views from the windows are truly spectacular. Check-out was flexible, which was great for us. Thanks for the kind and smooth communication! We felt very comfortable!

Nice apartment that we used on our way to Lake Garda with two small children. Everything you need for one or more days (including a high chair). The roof terrace is shared with the other apartments. The bathroom with shower is functional. Supermarket or restaurants are within walking distance. Welcome Almdudler were also available.. Thank you for that :) Overall very good value for money. We would stay again anytime.
