Thanks to Paul,the accommodation is cosi and very functional, the kitchen is well equipped (pepper salt, oil, wipes everything, lots of dishes...... ), the 2 bathrooms very clean , and the nice pool, we had a very nice stay in the accommodation, we will come back without a problem

Quit says very good stay necessarily says very good accommodation. The apartment is located close to the lake, it is clean and spacious enough for 4. The aquatic area within the residence is nice.

We had a great time for the Easter holidays. For us the apartment is ideally located at the exit of the village, in a residence on the edge of the forest and very close to the Giffre. Ideal for a few walks and a 10-minute walk from the cable cars. The city center and shops are within easy walking distance in 10–15 minutes. The residence is very nice, with free access to the pool and spa, as well as a large common room with 2 free ping-pong tables, 1 paid foosball table and 2 paid pool tables. The apartment is clean, well designed and well-equipped, on the ground floor. Nothing is really missing. 2 washing machines and 1 dryer are common to the residence. No need to bring your laundry. There are even board games and a Wii for the kids. We had a 4-month-old, but were still able to take very nice walks: the splendid horseshoe cirque of Sixt, the gorges of Tines, and the Rouget waterfall. In short, we liked the calm.

Our stay was comfortable, and the Emerald Stay team was very responsive. We were a party of four visiting for skiing. The apartment featured two decent-sized bedrooms, a large sofa, a bath/toilet plus a separate toilet, and dedicated ski storage. It’s a 10-minute walk to Super Morzine lifts. Reaching the second-floor unit involves stairs from the main street, and pay attention that the parking access is through a back alley. Spa hours (10 am–8 pm) weren’t convenient for our schedule, so we didn’t use them. Complimentary items include towels, coffee, and washing pods, but proper shampoo and conditioner were missing. Overall, highly recommended.

We had a great weekend in this apartment. Perfect for 2 people. The apartment is very well-equipped, in a residence with a swimming pool and the covered reserved parking space was very useful to us. Tidy, clean. Pascal and Christelle were very responsive to our messages and recommended places nearby. The accommodation is right next to Les Saisies (10/15 minutes by car) for the ski lifts, otherwise the Chozal chairlift is within walking distance from the apartment (be careful at the end of the season it is one of the first to close and it is a red track). There are restaurants in front of the residence and it is also possible to rent ski equipment at the bottom of the residence or next to the chairlift (we rented from Chozal'P Sport). I recommend it!

Very beautiful place.

Fabulous apartment in great, ski in ski out location. Really stylish and comfortable and with stunning views, also the spa and communal areas are top notch. Excellent ski hire and fresh bread available in the building so everything we needed! Stephane was a lovely host and really responsive and helpful. Would definitely like to return!

We had a pleasant stay at Sebastien's place. The accommodation is cozy and well-equipped. The few household products available are welcome for end-of-stay cleaning 🙂 The location of the studio is perfect! The pool allows you to relax after a day of walking or skiing! Sébastien is a friendly and available host, communication was good. We'll be happy to go back!

Eos is an excellent place to stay when wanting to enjoy The Grand Massif ski area. It is ski in and out which makes it an ideal place to stay. The apartment is great and felt so homely. The fact that it had two bathrooms is excellent when you have two teenagers. The gym and pool are a lovely extra after a busy day skiing. We can’t wait to head back to the apartment and the area again. We walked every evening to gorgeous restaurants and bars. Also we were able to shop locally and eat in to keep costs down.

Perfect stay at Benoit's cottage.

Impeccable and very functional accommodation, as described! 15 min walk to the lake, via a nice little bike path. Air-conditioned bedroom space, very useful in hot weather. Comfortable bedding. Very nice and well-maintained outdoor spa/sauna/terrace area, accessible from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and accessible by a courtyard shared by the hosts. Good pizzeria and bakery a few meters away, city center 15 min walk. Very friendly communication with the host and hosting.

Perfect for a weekend trip to Annecy for a few to 8 people - kitchen with large dining table, cozy living room and four matching rooms. By car in a few minutes in the city center or quickly at other hotspots - not suitable by public transport. A quiet location and parking right on the street.

We had a pleasant New Year's Eve with 11 people in this beautiful home. Very helpful and friendly hosts!

Christian and Véronique have a sense of hospitality. Well renovated, functional and very clean accommodation. Christian is very friendly and Véronique, although absent these days, prepared for our arrival (Savoyard cake, homemade jam, everyday products). Bikes including a tandem are available and useful for visiting the surrounding area. Thanks both of you!

Cat's house is true to the photos in every way and even more. The house is clean and well-equipped. We felt right at home. We had everything we needed for our comfort. It's a real haven of peace. Catherine and her husband are very nice and remained available throughout the stay. Communication was easy. We highly recommend Catherine's home and thank them for everything.
