Playground, sports complex 1 km away (Bcp+ in my travel guide below). Induction cooktop, dishwasher, EV outlet, equipped garden, shelters, deckchair. Check-in at 4pm on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Completely renovated and carefully equipped, it combines practicality and comfort. 🛏️ For your well-being, we recently replaced the old sofa bed with a 140 x 200 double bed with Emma mattress, known for its quality and comfort, to guarantee you peaceful and relaxing nights

30 m2 non-smoking semi-basement studio completely refurbished in private house. You have a living room with a 2-seater sofa bed, spacious walk-in shower and equipped kitchen. Outside access to the garden with swimming pool, barbecue (in summer season of course) free private parking + garage for motorcycles, located in a haven of peace 15 minutes from Annecy, 30 minutes from Switzerland and 30 minutes from the first ski slopes. We accept animals as long as they are docile and educated.

We are lucky to live in a beautiful region and between Geneva, Annecy, Chamonix and Evian, our small medieval town is the center of Haute-Savoie. 20 minutes from ski resorts such as La Clusaz, Grand Bornand..., not to mention lakes such as Lake Geneva, Annecy, Montriond... and of course hikes in the medium and high mountains. My husband is passionate about cycling, "Honorary President of a club in La Roche" and I am a painter, sculptor. We would be happy to share our passions.

It will allow you to diversify your discoveries: mountains, lakes, visits to the emblematic cities of Geneva, Annecy, Chamonix, Yvoire.

Ideal for solo adventurers, business travellers and for a holiday retreat, “L’Appart” is a fully furnished, one-bedroom alpine accommodation for up to two people (there is space for a travel cot which we can also provide). You will be seduced by the magnificent dominant views of Annecy valley, lake and mountains. Relax in the peaceful surroundings of the Alps and the sounds of nature. We have no neighbours so you will feel well-rested!

Domaine des moulins / The Tower and its Spa

The property is made up of two water mills whose first historical traces date back to 1728. The first mill, located in the tower, was once used to grind grain (wheat and rye). The second mill was used as a sawmill. Its wheel is still visible. You can walk around the 5000 m2 property. The place is bordered by two rivers the Morges (with a 7 meters waterfall in the forest) and the Usses. An ideal place for fishing and nature lovers.

Gîte "Les Réminiscences" 2 to 6 people

Apartment on the ground floor totally independent, adjoining the owners: Entrance / equipped kitchen, dining room Living room with TV and 2-seater sofa bed (140X190 mattress) Large bedroom with direct access to the bathroom. 160 X 200 bed and high quality bedding. A daybed that sleeps two more for one person. Corridor leading to the kitchen, the separate WC, a storage space and the bathroom. Bathroom with walk-in shower, large sink.

Cozy little cottage between Lake and Mountain

Small independent and cozy chalet, nestled between Lake Annecy and the peaks of the Aravis. Facing south, it enjoys beautiful light and a wooden terrace to enjoy the peaceful view of the Dents de Lanfon. Ideal for a couple, this cozy little nest is perfect for a holiday that is both sporty and relaxing, close to amenities. Although located next to our house, the vacation rental is completely independent and private.

Ideally located at the foot of Parmelan, 20 minutes from Lake Annecy and 30 minutes from the Plateau des Glières, a great Nordic ski site, 40 minutes from the alpine ski resorts (Grand Bornand, La Clusaz) and Geneva. Quiet and green environment, close to many hikes (Aravis, Bornes, Bauges). The bright 60 m2 apartment is upstairs in a house, with independent entrance, small balcony not overlooked.
