Vineyards Paradise

Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

THE HOUSE ON THE HILL

The house is located in a beautiful hill overlooking the mountain of Cetona and the valley. It has a private garden from which opens the view of the pool (shared with other 4 apartments ) and the park surrounded by a laurel grove and other secular old trees. Inside there is the kitchen, a beautiful living room with exposed beams, walls in typical Tuscan stone and a large fireplace. On the first floor there are 3 rooms and the bathroom with a big shower. House restored on 2020. Wifi free

Toscana nascosta: Case 2

Lo spazio e la comodità della casa sono una caratteristica che difficilmente si riscontra nelle antiche case di campagna. Vicino al paese permette agli 8 ospiti di vivere pienamente anche gli spazi esterni. Nel periodo di Pasqua ci sono offerte speciali per soggiorni superiori ai 2 giorni (contattare). Aria condizionata nelle camere. La casa, contigua a Case 3, ha spazi esterni separati . Piscina (condivisa) aperta da metà maggio. In alta stagione gli affitti vanno da sabato a sabato.

Casale in pietra in Val D’Orcia

Casale toscano del '800 con pietre a vista immerso nella meravigliosa campagna Toscana con uno splendido panorama sulla Val di Chiana. E' circondato da un parco di 6 ettari con un uliveto di 300 piante. Si trova a Sarteano, nel paese, un antico borgo medioevale con un castello da sogno, conosciuto per il Festival della Musica e del Jazz che si svolge alla fine dell'estate. Siamo nella bellissima Val d'Orcia, patrimonio naturale dell'umanità dall'UNESCO dal 2004.

Lasciata la macchina al parcheggio si dovrà necessariamente procedere a piedi lungo il ponte, unica via di accesso alla nostra "perla di tufo". L'Incanto di Civita is located in the ancient hamlet of Civita di Bagnoregio.
