Stefano's place was incredibly beautiful! If you could return from the hustle and bustle of Florence to this oasis of tranquility, it was just beautiful. The decor is very stylish, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom awesome! Communication with Stefano was also very warm and straightforward. I'll be more than happy to come back!

Very unique place in a great location outside of Florence

Alessandro’s place is the real deal—a true penthouse! In the U.S., “penthouse” sometimes just means top floor, but here it means an apartment with two massive sliding glass doors that open onto a spacious private terrace. We spent afternoons soaking up the sun and evenings relaxing outside after dinner as Florence cooled down—it was perfect. The location is also super convenient, right next to a tram stop that's only three stops from the city center. We had a wonderful time in Florence and would absolutely stay here again!

We had the most amazing stay at Sibilla's apartment! It is STUNNINGLY decorated and almost makes it feel like you are staying in the Medici Chapel itself. The apartment had everything we needed, and the plant room/ sunroom was glorious to enjoy in the mornings/returning after a day's exploring. We met both Niccolo and Sibilia and both were so friendly and helpful. The area surrounding the apartment is perfect, with central Florence being a 20 minute walk away, and the restaurants/shops/wine bars of Santo Spirito being literally on your doorstep. This is the most enjoyable Air BnB we have ever stayed in, and would come back in a heartbeat! Grazie mille!!

It was nice and quiet and just what I needed. Down about 20 steps and nowhere close to park my motorcycle. Apart from that it was fine. Thanks

I think it's one of the most beautiful B&Bs I've ever visited. A tastefully furnished environment with a special view from the breakfast area, provided and cared for in every detail like the whole house, it was also nice to take a shower in that bathroom! We didn't fully enjoy it since we stopped here to go to Mugello (I don't recommend it if you want to stay late and leave the circuit at night), the road is relatively short but it's not the best option if you want to be comfortable getting to the circuit. An ideal place to escape to find tranquility, silence and nature and fully enjoy what this special place offers✨🍃

We loved our stay at La Presura. The place is beautiful, quiet and peaceful. The pool is a big advantage in this very hot month of June. The host at the reception was very nice and the glass of wine offered on arrival was very much appreciated. We would recommend it without hesitation. Thank you!

We immediately loved our place. Serena's house is located on a very large property surrounded by beautiful trees, an exceptionally beautiful terrace with sun loungers, a large dining table and an oak tree that provides shade. The property is very well maintained and laid out with a lot of respect for nature. From the house you can start hiking directly, Serena's husband knows his way around and can give great hiking tips. If you drive only a few kilometers, you are already at an altitude of over 1000 m. Even if it is very hot, you can take great hikes from there in pleasant temperatures, which have always inspired us. The apartment, a former stable, has been designed with a lot of love and taste. We felt like at home from the first moment. Serena and Paolo are perfect hosts, always friendly, always available and helpful. We were there for 12 days and would have liked to have stayed longer. We'd be happy to come back. Thank you!!

We loved our stay in this perfectly located apartment in the heart of Florence, just steps from the Mercato Centrale and all the must-see sights. The apartment was clean, cosy, and cool – an oasis after a day of exploring the city’s rich history and famous food culture. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and felt like a home away from home. Sabrina was a wonderful host, full of great tips and local recommendations that made our visit even more special. We can’t wait to come back!

Our stay was beautiful! The view from the balcony (and bedroom window and shower window) is absolutely breathtaking. Sitting on the balcony and taking it in was some of our favorite parts of the stay. Everything was clean and decorated so nicely, plus their espresso machine and little cookies were great to wake up with. Location is a bit far walking distance from the center of the city, and it is uphill on the way back, but we personally loved it because it kept us on our feet during our travels and the peaceful neighborhood is worth the walk because it is so quiet and private at night. It’s right across the street from Galileo’s original home! Highly recommend this apartment :)

Wonderful apartment in Florence. The view was gorgeous. The location was perfect, close to sites and great restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked great! Cristina was so friendly, responded quickly and gave us great recommendations.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming and cozy apartment — perfect for 2 to 4 people. It’s well-equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay, except perhaps an oven, but with so many amazing local cafés and restaurants just around the corner, we didn’t miss it at all. The location is excellent — quiet yet well connected, with a nearby bus stop and free parking space. The apartment itself has a lot of character, is well-maintained, and made us feel right at home. Thank you so much for your hospitality — we truly enjoyed our time here and would happily come back!

You get what you pay for—and more. This modern Italian-designed apartment in Florence was outstanding. The view of the Ponte Vecchio from the balcony was truly breathtaking, and the sleek, high-end furnishings made the space feel like a luxurious private retreat. The location couldn’t be better—central, elegant, and within walking distance to everything. Even when we couldn’t get a taxi to the train station, we were fortunate the walk was only about 15 minutes. The host did her very best to help, and we truly appreciated her effort. Highly recommended for a stylish, comfortable, and unforgettable stay in Florence.

Loved the pool and garden! Host was very respinsive. If hot outside, make sure to learn public transportation or use taxi. If nice out, it would be a beautiful walk into the city for meals/activities.

This apartment in the heart of Florence is a true gem. It’s spacious, comfortable, and modern, yet still retains its historic charm. The location is simply dreamlike, with the widow view and the proximity to The Accademia being the highlight. Having the Accademia right in front of the window was priceless. The bathroom is spacious and clean, and the kitchen is well-stocked and discreet. Conveniently located, restaurants, shops, and a supermarket are just a short walk away. The communication was easy and fast, and Luca was friendly and helpful. Overall, this is a perfect apartment in an ideal location. I highly recommend it, and I’ll definitely be back on my next trip to Florence. Thank you so much for hosting! 🤍

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Easy to get in self-check in and good communication with the host. Great kitchen, stocked with all the hardware you need. Common area was comfortable for the 4 of us. The view is amazing. Balconies on the water with close up views of Ponte Vecchio. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed in a 20 day trip in several cities.

From booking to checking out, things could not have been smoother. Everything was as described and Alessandra was a very responsive and reasonable host. The area was also fantastic- 10 minutes walk to the Duomo and the restaurants and bars in the small Piazza five minutes’ walk away were excellent. Hope to return soon!

Martina's place was a great rental in central Florence. Close enough to walk to major landmarks and the central train station. The place has everything you need and more. We were met by Martina and her friendly dog on arrival. She is very friendly and hospitable and took her time to show us her home and give us lots of information on the area and suggestions. I would recommend this rental to everyone!
