If you are afraid of spiders you should not book this cottage. If you like to sit in the countryside or lie in the meadow sooner. They are surrounded by trees, bushes, flowers, and ponds. However, the federal highway is within earshot. The cottage is about 100 years old and very charming. Nevertheless, you cannot drive directly to the car. The stairs to the upper floor is narrow and steep. Bathroom and toilet are in the annex. Where "toilet" means composting toilet.

Relax in our quiet accommodation in a unique location. Enjoy your morning coffee away from the noise of the city while looking out at our game reserve from the terrace. Right outside the front door, you can start on the kilometers of cycling and hiking trails of the Fichtel Mountains. The spa town of Bad Berneck with its beautiful spa park as well as restaurants and cafes can be reached within minutes. Free parking, even for large vehicles, is right by the house.

Completed in 2020 and thus a dream of mine has come true. I personally experienced the trend of less is more - first having to and then seeing it as an opportunity. It has everything you need to live and a lovely garden. The well-being of my guests is my top priority. My testers, a student and a travel friend were all completely satisfied. Relax between the Fichtel Mountains and Franconian Switzerland, experience culture in nearby Bayreuth, feel good in our new and biologically renovated apartment!!! Our granny apartment is on the 2nd floor of our house and has a separate entrance. The fully equipped kitchen is available to the renter completely alone. We have designed our little oasis with a lot of heart and look forward to welcoming our guests!
