Guests have the swimming pool (18 m X 6 m), the bowling alley, table tennis, games for children and a large garden, with plants and flowers fine, there are areas reserved for each apartment , accompanied by sun loungers, chairs and tables, where guests can now enjoy their stay in the maximum relax. The apartment Pozzo, consists of two bedrooms, one double and one single, kitchen with dishwasher, oven, freezer, and the living room with vaulted ceiling, includes a sofa with two armchairs, television, dining table. Cottage La Vita for up to 6 guests's a welcoming home set in a quiet neighborhood of Siena. Perfect base for Siena centre, Chianti wine area, with Castellina in Chianti only 20 minutes on a panoramic drive. Florence and Montepulciano within 1 hour and San Gimignano 30 minutes. The cottage is part of our estate where we also live with our adult children and dogs that we keep in our fenced garden at the rear of the building. We highly value our guests privacy but we are available for any need.
