Delizioso appartamento arredato con cura, in stile etnico, provvisto di ogni comfort, in un casolare appena ristrutturato secondo i principi della bioedilizia, immerso nella macchia mediterranea del più bel versante dell'isola d'Elba, con vista mozzafiato sull'arcipelago toscano e sulla Corsica, a 250 m sul livello del mare, dominante la spiaggia di Cavoli. L'appartamento è composto di soggiorno con angolo cottura e divano-letto per due persone, camera matrimoniale e bagno con doccia e ampio spazio esterno attrezzato per pranzare e prendere il sole. Il luogo è raggiungibile con una strada sterrata di 2,5 km dal paesino di San Piero in Campo (fin dove arrivano i mezzi pubblici), distante pochi minuti di macchina dalle spiagge più incantevoli dell'isola (Cavoli, Seccheto, Fetovaia) e dal centro turistico e commerciale di Marina di Campo. E' consigliabile disporre di un mezzo proprio. La casa è immersa nella tipica macchia mediterranea alternata a grandi e suggestive scogliere di granito. Il grande giardino è recintato, contiene un orto e un uliveto. Non vi sono altre abitazioni nei dintorni. Intorno alla località si snodano i più suggestivi sentieri per gli amanti del trekking e della mountain bike. Ideale per chi è in cerca di silenzio, relax, aria pura, e ama la natura e i luoghi un pò speciali. I padroni di casa potranno aiutarvi per ogni evenienza e perplessità. BREATHTAKING VIEW ON THE ARCHIPELAGO Charming apartment,furnished in ethnic style,with every comfort,in an old cottage just renovated according to the bioarchitecture,amidst the Mediterranean bush in the most beautiful part of Elba island with breathtaking views on the Tuscan archipelago and (email hidden) a.s.l.,overlooking famous Cavoli beach. The apartment has a living room with kitchenette and divan bed for two persons,a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and a large outside patio for eating and sunbathing. You can reach the place through a 2,5 Km dirt road from San Piero in Campo,where pubblic transport ends,and from where ,in few minutes by car you can get to the best beaches of the island (Cavoli,Seccheto,Fetovaia etc.),and to the touristic and service centre of Marina di Campo. It's better to have your own car or motorbike(you can rent it anywhere on the island). The house is surrounded by the typical mediterranean bush scattered with huge granite cliffs. The large garden has an olive grove and a vegetable garden. The place is secluded and there are no other houses in the surroundings. It's an ideal place for trekking and mountain biking and lovers of relax,peace,nature and special places. Your host are ready to help for any need and request.

The big house by the sea

The Montecristo four-room apartment, 200 meters from Fetovaia beach, is a large vacation home with a large terrace overlooking the sea where you can eat and relax in the shade of the wooden and bamboo pergola. Here you will find a living room, a double bedroom plus a single bedroom and a double bedroom. The third bedroom is double and the bathrooms have a whirlpool tub and a walk-in shower. It has air conditioning, a ventilation system with ceiling blades, a second outdoor shower and a reserved outdoor parking space.

The Pergola of Pomonte

The structure and furnishings, as much as possible, have remained those of the past. Now the interior looks vintage with recovered objects. The house is cool but a good air conditioning system doesn't hurt! The courtyard is the place where you spend the summer time while in winter we find ourselves in front of the fireplace. All around there are succulent plants and bougainvilleas that hide the outdoor shower and the fig tree of the neighbor whose fruits fall into our space and that we invite you to taste.

Captain's House | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

We are inside the tuscany national park Inside our organic little farm we have 3 cozy and comfortable apartments just 1 km away from the beach of Seccheto and 3 km away from the beaches of Cavoli and Fetovaia. The apartments are situated in Vallebuia, a valley overlooking the splendid beach of Seccheto. The apartments are perfect for those who love the beach but also nature and countryside. It's a really good position for hiking,biking and climbing.

It has a bright living room with sofa bed, kitchen with 4 burners, double bedroom with pouf and a newly renovated bathroom with dressing room and washing machine. Fetovaia Mare&Monti

The house is in a BEAUTIFUL AND QUIET SETTING AT AN ALTITUDE OF ABOUT 50 METERS. The beach is 300 m away on foot via a path, partly dirt and downhill/uphill. The final part of the road to be done by car to reach the house has two narrow and steep sections of a few tens of meters: PARTICULARLY INEXPERIENCED DRIVERS, BEWARE!!! then you get used to it... YOU MUST BRING YOUR OWN LINEN (sheets, towels and tea towels): unfortunately we are not yet able to provide this service.

The Tower above the sea

La Torre is one of two ancient watchtowers in the beautiful town of Marciana Marina. The tower was already on maps of the 16th century as Torre di Poggio and in the 18th century as a customs office for the merchandise from the sea. In 2023, the tower was rebuilt by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location directly above the water makes every stay an experience.
