House vacation rentals in Fethiye

Beautiful place. Very well designed, with a lot of attention to detail. Definitely worth the money, especially for more than two people. Taner was responsive to questions and requests. We had hoped to use the inside pool, but it would have cost us an extra $50 a day to heat it. There is a 2-person jacuzzi upstairs, but it was not functional. I did not bother to ask Taner if there was a way to get it working. We would have strongly prefered to have 2 keys, not one. We had to be very careful that we didn't lock ourselves out. The key cannot be detached from the fob that operates the electricity, and so we always needed to remember to pocket the key and fob as we left the house. In any case, this is an excellent choice for the Fethiye area.

Nevzat’s villa is very nice, great value, and the location is good. The hosts are also very responsive and friendly. Would recommend.

The house was amazing, I didn't feel like going out. I didn't see any shortcomings in terms of cleanliness and amenities. I would also like to thank our host for his interest.

Mr. Orhan was extremely interested in everything you could think of with his interest and relevance from the first moment we entered the house to our exit, everything you might need in the house was tastefully chosen up to the smallest detail, the house is much more pleasant than it looks in the photos, the beauty of the house and definitely five stars with the interest of the host! We highly recommend it to those who are in the research phase:)

Amazing Villa! Ayse was also extremely friendly and even cooked us some Turkish treats. The villa is extremely comfortable, bedrooms are all air conditioned, pool is clean. Location is also great just outside the centre of the town and within walking distance. Would highly recommend!

It was a one-night stay with my family, but I'm glad we chose this place. Everything was thought out for the guest in the house, and we felt at home. The host was quick to respond to messages and had great communication with us. The garden is very spacious and convenient, and there is even a conditioning bike in the garden for those who want to do sports. We loved it. Highly recommend. The house is the same as in the photos. Cleaning was perfect in terms of hygiene. Everything we were looking for was available at home and the kitchenware was clean. During the stay, our kitchen gas cylinder ran out and Mr. Metehan immediately and quickly provided a new one. It is a quiet neighborhood in terms of location, central, and very close to everywhere. It met our expectations and we had a nice holiday as a family.

We loved our stay at this fantastic bungalow in Çalış! The accommodation is a real insider tip: quietly located, but at the same time in the middle of life. You can walk to the promenade, great cafés, small boutiques, supermarkets or restaurants right on the water in a few minutes, and yet in the evening you can only hear the gentle rustling of the trees. The highlight for us was the beautifully landscaped garden with total privacy. Everything seems lovingly thought out. Like the stylish hot tub where we ended the day in the evening. Especially nice: the outdoor projector! We wouldn't need this so often, but nice to have. :) We had visitors for a barbecue from the family, for which the garden was also great. The bungalow is modern, clean and cozy, with a well-equipped kitchen. Ahmet was super helpful, gave us great local tips and was immediately available for questions and comments. We stayed in an apartment very close to the center but very quiet and calm, with a wonderful view. Our host Fahri Can and his family were very caring and very helpful. The decoration and furnishings of the house are exactly as shown, even more, nothing is missing. Thank you so much.

what a wonderful villa. we have stayed in Turkey many of times in Homes and Villas and this far exceeded any we have stayed in before. Beautifully clean and very Morden with all furniture in excellent condition. I really struggle to find anything to complain about. I will 100% stay here again with no hesitation. The Host is really helpful and kind and was really quick at responding. Excellent location and peaceful but recommend a car as we always have one in Turkey to get around.

The view from the house is absolutely perfect. Everything in the house has been thought out and beautifully designed. The host was very helpful, thanks to everything. And the cleanliness, which I'm most sensitive about, is fully rated from us. We are definitely planning to come back to summer.

What an amazing stay!! We came from the Uk to celebrate my Sons 5th birthday & i am so glad i went ahead with this villa when i was looking for a home away from home. We booked for 9 people and the space was beautiful, clean and elegant. The host is extremely responsive & Kind, she made our lives so much easier, from suggestions re: decoration lady for my sons birthday, to giving us a whole planned itinenary for the duration of our trip, everything just went extremely smooth & we are glad we came across such a lovely host. She was also flexible with checkout times as our flight was not till later in the evening. Thank you once again and if we were to ever visit Fethiye again, i'd be rebooking with your lovely Villa.

We had an incredibly pleasant stay, my wife, my little daughter, and I. The villa is simply perfect, extremely clean, even better than in the photos. The place is peaceful and quiet, and if you don’t have a car, don’t worry. A 15-minute walk (near the old village of Kayaköy) will take you to several markets where you can get everything you need. We didn’t meet Nurdan in person, but she was very helpful with her advice and excellent communication. She even arranged transport for us with a very kind gentleman at a great price. The cherry on top was Nurdan’s parents. Upon our arrival, they brought us fresh eggs and fruits, making us feel like we were at our grandparents' house, especially Mr. Hamit, who is such a kind man. This is hands down the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at, and I will definitely be coming back.

Mr. Ömür is a very caring, polite and helpful person. He sent the necessary information and directions by message before the stay. We found the house very easily thanks to the image he sent. The whole house was clean. The items were quite new and useful. We were able to find everything we needed at home. We were surprised that it was so well-equipped. The garden and balcony were very clean and useful. (There is barbecue equipment and a bench set that you can use in the garden. We didn't have time to use it.) We had a comfortable stay in our own home. If we happen to be in Fethiye again, we'd like to stay in this house again. Thank you very much for everything, Mr. Ömür.

Yılmaz Bey is extremely accommodating and friendly. Solved problems right away. The space is always clean, modern and practical. The surroundings are definitely bad without a vehicle to get to the sea or do other activities. We had a car and got everywhere great. I personally recommend the place. We stayed at Ozans place for 3 days and had a great time. It is in a quiet neighborhood and also not far from the beach

The villa was great, it had all the basic necessities you could need. The privacy was perfect. Sinan was a great host, he made sure that we had everything we could need and the villa was spotless when we arrived.

The apartment was large, with a lovely and peaceful balcony that had a good view. The location was safe, quiet, and fairly close to the sea. Fatih was also a warm, genuine person who made us feel at home. If u return to the city, I would absolutely stay here again.

Fantastic place. I didn’t actually believe it for the cost until we arrived. It’s simply stunning. The agency arranged a nice big air con’d Mercedes minibus for us, drinks in taxi provided. 1 hr roughly from Dalaman. The villa is nicely away from the busy area up above. I don’t know what another review is talking about that it’s a busy road, it’s certainly not. The electric gate off the key ring opened to greet us with a beautiful place of our own for 10 days. Huge tv (we’re not out every evening with our daughter in bed) and the owner even came round and helped us fit the fire stick. Nice showers, good washer and dish washer. The side pool is freezing (in May) but the main pool was perfectly cool. Good showers and toilets. Took me 5 days to realise all toilets in turkey have a bidet function lol. Taxi button 50 yards to right of the gate from outside. We will be back. We honestly can’t offer improvement aside from make the small side pool heated, even slightly!
