The Annexe is a self contained building equipped to give you a wonderful stay. A spacious and bright room with an area for sleeping (small double bed) and an area for sitting with table and comfortable chairs. Kitchen equipped with oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle. Tea, coffee, milk provided. Located between two stations Durrington by sea and Goring by sea (5 minute walk) and there are bus route that can take you to any of Worthings amenities. Road parking is easily available.

Cute & Cozy - 1 double bedroom guesthouse

This small unique place has a style of its own. Cozy, comfortable and clean. Located in a residential area in West Worthing with easy access to shops, train station and bus routes. Within walking distance of the beach or you have the use of bicycles. We converted this space as independent accommodation for our daughter who has since flown the nest. We stayed for work so was not there for much of the time, it was very clean with everything you needed. Bed was very comfy, only one thing I would suggest is better pillows as they were a bit lumpy, a small thing as everything else was really good. Would stay here again

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sophie's place. The surroundings are extremely quiet and peaceful and the garden opens straight onto the beach! The accomodation was spotless and had all the basic amenities for a longer stay. Sophie went out of her way to make me feel completely at home while I was there and really could not have been more lovely! I spend a lot of time in the area and Sophie's place will definitely be my first choice for all future visits.

We stayed here for a night with our dog. The room was spotless and finished to a high standard. I was able to use the gym although we did not have enough time to use the sauna. Keli sent us some recommendations of dog friendly places to visit and to places to eat and also showed us where we could walk from the property over the downs to The Highdown, where we had a lovely lunch in their garden. We can also recommend The Lamb in Angmering and enjoyed walks on Ferring and East Preston Beaches. Keli was a great host and we will definitely return.

Victoria’s place is beautiful and well kept, it was a pleasure to stay there and I’d come back again in a heartbeat. Victoria had great communication, but with self check in and check out, it felt private and secluded.

Lovely house and fantastic location. A short walk to the beach on a very quiet road. Thank you Jason for a home from home, the house was spacious, clean, plenty of towels and a lovely welcome pack.
