Charm and comfort in the center of Búzios

In addition to beautiful beaches, a great attraction of Búzios is the preservation of the charms of a fishing village, without buildings, which makes the city cozy and pleasant for walks, visits to shops and contact with people. To take advantage of these charms, it is best to stay in the center, where my AP is located, with living room and kitchen (1st floor), bedroom (with 1 double bed), hall and bathroom on the 2nd floor and above an attic(with low ceiling and 1 double bed), bathroom and outdoor terrace.

The house is located in the beach of João Fernandes (150m), the beach has calm waters proper for kids and families. It's near the Rua das Pedras (Downtown Búzios). On the beach there are various bars and restaurants that serve all kind of seafood. The view is wonderful, you can even see the sea from the bed on the top stairs bedroom. The house was completely reformed in 2015, so everything is new. The kitchen is integrated with the barbecue grill, forming a gourmet space that's very pleasurable.
