Das Berghäuschen umfasst etwa 59 m² Wohnfläche, verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmern, 1 Wohn– und Essraum mit Küche, sowie 2 Bäder und eine etwa 13 m² große Terrasse. Es liegt auf ca. 1000m Seehöhe.

It's located in very peaceful area. It has it's own entrance and is located in our house (so we're always nearby to help). We're a family of 5 and will be happy to host you. The Gradisch forest house was renovated to the highest standard in 2022. Short driving times to the Carinthian ski resorts: Gerlitzen 20 minutes; Bad Kleinkirchheim 25 minutes; Turracherhöhe 35 minutes and to Lake Wörthersee and Lake Ossiach each 15 minutes. The large Zirbenstube as well as the pool heated with geothermal energy, a small sauna, the designer kitchen and a pool table are the highlights of this house.
