Wald und schon ist man an romantischen Badeplätzen m. einzigartiger Aussicht auf die Berge und sensationellen Sonnenuntergängen über dem See. Die Unterkunft ist die ideale Basis für eine Auszeit in abwechslungsreicher Natur, umgeben von kraftvollen Orten und historischen Monumenten. Willkommen am See.

The maisonette with 2 balconies (midday and evening sun) and separate entrance invites you to experience the Ammersee: In 12 Min. you can take an idyllic stroll across fields (mountainview) to the Stegen bathing area with jetty, restaurants and beer gardens with evening sun! The location is ideal for cycling and swimming also in the Wörth and Pilsen lakes. The centre can be reached on foot in 6 Min.. Munich can be reached in ca. 25 Min. (35 km), Neuschwanstein and Zugspitze in approx. 90 Min.

From here you can easily reach Munich city center for sightseeing, exhibitions, as well as Oktoberfest by S-Bahn, train or car in about 30 minutes. The Messestadt Riem (concerts and trade fairs) only 20 minutes. The Allianz Arena is also easily accessible by public transport. For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!
