Child-friendly cottage close to the beach

Cozy cottage in lovely area, close to the beach and super child-friendly house and surroundings! The area does not allow cars except to drop-off luggage, so children can run around and play without worry (parking lot is only 100 m away). The house is newly renovated with a large kitchen, wonderful porch and even an outdoor shower to use after going to the beach only 300 m away. Small grocery store, pizzaria and playground only 200 m away. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU HAVE TO BRING LINEN AND TOWELS.

Take the whole family to this amazing home. The old pigeon is just fully renovated after the time has stood still for 35 years. It was in the late '80s that you stopped using the building for pigeons and chickens, and which today stands newly renovated by 80% recycled materials that were supposed to be thrown into construction sites, but were instead used to build this fun little home. The property is located right in the center of Zealand and the islands, with 1 small hour drive to bla. kbh.

The house is close to the water, Præstø city, the forest tower and the scenic Møn, so there is a good opportunity for eventful excursions. I live in another house on the property myself. The house in the protected city of Tranekær is worthy of preservation. It is newly renovated with an environmentally friendly heat source, air to water system, new roof, new windows, etc. SMEG kitchen appliances. Weber anniversary barbecue in the shed just to roll out, lots of both shade and sun spots in the garden. Board games in the cabinets, flat screen 55”, Langeland has a golf course, hiking, art, galleries, lovely beaches and the wildest nature.

Welcome to this cozy and well maintained cottage on 55 m2 with 5 beds. The cottage has a south facing wooden terrace and a screened garden with plenty space for playing/relaxing. The cottage appears bright due to the two skylight windows. One bedroom with double bed and one room with a bunk bed + single bed. New kitchen from 2020 Only 15 min. drive from the old market town Stege which has several of shops, cafés and restaurants.
